Happening a bit by chance while we were around Florence, my girlfriend and I came across this new restaurant in the center. We were immediately greeted with attention and professionalism by the dining room staff. Having looked at the menu, we understood that the cuisine was refined and not banal. And in these cases you can expect anything. instead we ate very well from the appetizer with tongue... to the revisited tiramisu. Truly an experience worth repeating. Refined environment, impeccable service, muffled atmosphere. At the helm is a young chef who does not hide his ambitions with the dishes he lovingly presented to us. Personally, I really appreciated the first course: Rice with goat cheese sauce, mullet bottarga, reduction of vin santo and pomegranate. Thank you chef IVAN!!!
