10 places in paradise The Testina restaurant, new, welcoming and extremely well-kept, offers the possibility for a select few (specifically 10 people) to carry out a truly remarkable tasting journey. With my boyfriend we orient ourselves on the 4-course fish menu prepared by chef Ivan (intolerances/allergies previously communicated). The dishes vary according to seasonal products and offer interesting combinations. Even the bread and breadsticks are truly excellent (with their flavored butter!). The service is also super impressive. I love it already, and can't wait to try the next menu! WELL DONE!!

We discovered this restaurant through Facebook and we were convinced by the reviews, I must say that they did not disappoint our expectations. We chose the 4-course fish tasting menu which includes an appetizer, a first course, a second course and dessert. The dishes were rich in flavor and never predictable, generous and well-balanced portions. The place is small and welcoming, perfect for a quiet and intimate dinner. Nice experience. Happening a bit by chance while we were around Florence, my girlfriend and I came across this new restaurant in the center. We were immediately greeted with attention and professionalism by the dining room staff. Having looked at the menu, we understood that the cuisine was refined and not banal. And in these cases you can expect anything. instead we ate very well from the appetizer with tongue... to the revisited tiramisu. Truly an experience worth repeating.
