Tasty, healthy family cooking, with dishes changing every day. We ate there 8 days in a row with great pleasure, I was able to taste many simple and good Italian dishes. The staff is super friendly, the service is very efficient, attentive, full of intelligence, fast and professional even on busy evenings. A delight!!

30/11/2024: I was a little concerned about the google reviews so I am writing one myself. This was a great dinner at a fair price. Very creative food. If you are looking for more traditional to Piedmont, at least the night I was there, maybe try somewhere else. If you are looking for very creative modern Italian food give this place a try! It was great!
12/11/2024: Enchanting location…. Everything was perfect... from the welcome to the dinner... The bistro is surrounded by sliding glass walls, I imagine the view is splendid, but in this season the place is equipped with heating with ceiling appliances that emit soft warm air! The very youthful mise en place and a table lamp made everything romantic! Thank you, I will definitely be back in the spring!

21/07/2024: Borgata with attention to detail! Spectacular panorama, even at night with thousands and thousands of fireflies! Very friendly welcome, pleasant meal, excellent wine list, comfortable room. We recommend this place!
16/07/2024: The landscape is absolutely beautiful, the welcome at the refuge was very friendly and the food was excellent (the cuisine and raw materials are really worth it!). Fair price
