More canteen than restaurant, it still offers a good choice of "interesting" dishes even if not at the level of a good trattoria. The desserts, however, are excellent. Really very cheap and very fast. Ideal for those who have a connection at the station and don't have time to look for a restaurant in the center but don't even want to eat a sandwich at the bar.

La cucina della “Terza classe” è semplice ed adatta soprattutto ad un pranzo mentre si aspetta il treno oppure in pausa pranzo di lavoro. La scelta è abbastanza ampia ed i prezzi sono onesti. Il locale è stato recentemente rinnovato ed è abbastanza accogliente.

14/06/2025: Very welcoming place to have excellent aperitifs. Compliments for the service, always very attentive to the needs of the customer. The only negative note is the bathroom.
20/04/2025: Nice place in the central square of Savigliano. Good aperitifs. Sore point, the external Turkish bath (small, dirty and unhygienic).

13/03/2025: in famiglia abbiamo avuto il piacere di pranzare in questa struttura nel centro di Valdieri. Il locale è ben curato, con un arredamento elegante ma non sfarzoso, e i tavoli sono ben distribuiti. Il menù, composto per lo più da piatti piemontesi ( alcuni rivisitati ed ottimamente elaborati), è contenuto e ciò a garanzia di prodotti freschi e cotti al momento . La scelta dei vini è ampia e non banale. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
26/12/2024: Piccolo e accogliente locale nel centro di Valdieri che offre una cucina del territorio, con piatti molto ben eseguiti e materie prime di qualità ad un prezzo adeguato.
