Thank you to Antonio for making our meals at Ristorante Terrazza Sommariva absolutely exceptional. Our breakfast was so magnificent that we came back a second morning! Antonio took such great care of us. The food and views are unmatched. Thank you Antonio!

Our waiter, Dony, definitely had a positive impact on our experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and for the price, there's nothing to complain about. The ambiance with the view of the bridge was, of course, unique, and there's nothing to stop you from visiting.

The waterfront location is fantastic. The food is delicious, and the menu is extensive and available in several languages. The service is prompt and friendly. Despite the crowds, we didn't have to wait long at all. We were treated to a limoncello on the house.

Our experience at Tarazza Sommariva was absolutely wonderful! We were warmly welcomed by the owners and staff, who made us feel genuinely cared for from the very beginning. The food was absolutely delicious – generous portions and definitely worth the price. We couldn’t even finish our meals because they were so big! Sending our warmest regards to the entire team, and to any tourists visiting Venice – we wholeheartedly recommend this place. You won’t regret it!

27/06/2025: Perfect canal view with shade - also indoor and garden seating available. Staff is kind and welcoming. We had fresh seafood apps, a carbonara and squid ink pasta for dinner, and the best meringue dessert I’ve ever had. Highly recommend if you want a fun canalside dinner in Cannaregio.
