The very recent visit to the “Terra” restaurant was an exceptional culinary experience, which deeply impressed me. Located in the central area of ​​Capo d'Orlando, not very far from the sea, this restaurant has managed to masterfully combine tradition with innovation. The restaurant offers a relaxing and refined atmosphere. The furnishings are sober, but at the same time refined, with soft colors and materials that recall nature. Una esperienza sensoriale, una esperienza culturale quando il cibo incontra una filosofia di food, di vita, di un modo di concepire la ristorazione, ci siamo andati due sere di seguito perché affascinati dai piatti, un sensoriale connubio di tradizione e di ricerca, un ambiente ben curato. La ricercatezza nei dettagli e nella presentazione del locale e dei vari piatti proposti. Non si va in questo ristorante per mangiare, solo per mangiare, ma per una esperienza, un viaggio che in qualche modo cercherai di ripetere. Un plauso a Bruno ed a Francesco per questo luogo quasi mistico.

LOCALE TOP CUCINA LOW Il locale si presenta bene ed in sala vi è una signora molto gentile, purtroppo è sola per tutta la sala, appena si aggiungono altri tavoli in sala... si notano i limite di una sola persona. Piatti buoni per la maggior parte, unica pecca un antipasto: selezione di salumi e formaggi... e poi ti ritrovi un solo tipo di formaggio e tre di salumi tra cui il lardo !!! Fatto presente al personale che si è offerto di rimediare ed in fatti nessun addebito in menù, GESTO MOLTO APPREZZATO. Prezzi nella media. Nota negativa il w.c., necessità una maggiore attenzione nella pulizia, in particolare ad inizio serata. Ci torneremo per una nuova esperienza.
