A true hidden gem in the historic center of Jesi. Ristorante Tabano was a discovery that transformed a simple dinner into an unforgettable journey through the authentic and expertly executed flavors of the Marche region.
A stunning location, housed in a former monastery with an internal courtyard. The atmosphere is a perfect balance of history, elegance, and warmth. Sitting in the courtyard, especially in the evening with the soft lighting, is a magical and romantic experience. The ambiance is meticulously crafted and conveys a pleasant sense of welcome and refinement.
The €25 "menu secondo" is a must-try.

Everything is truly amazing; no matter what you choose, it's delicious. They offer a variety of set menus, each one more than satisfying. Soft, warm Crescia rolls are constantly refilled, the first courses are fantastic, and the meat is delicious and perfectly cooked, all accompanied by generous and varied side dishes and appetizers. The staff is truly kind, polite, and super helpful, and the place is large and well-maintained.

Always a guarantee, the winning format for meat lovers: fast service, a pleasant atmosphere, and excellent, plentiful meat. You can also choose from appetizers and first courses. I opted for the meat menu, which included roast beef appetizer, side dishes, homemade sauces, and three types of meat—Argentine, Italian, and Irish for this evening—a bottle of wine, and dessert if desired. All for €75 for two.

Cercavamo un ristorante che proponesse anche menu per celiaci.
Confortati dalle ottime recensioni, abbiamo deciso di prenotare.
Il posto è in aperta campagna, con ampio parcheggio, ambiente molto accogliente con camerieri gentili, disponibili ed organizzati.
Il menu da noi scelto, tra quelli disponibili, era di degustazione di carne.
Una pirofila con tre abbondanti tagli di carne, uno italiano, uno argentino ed uno irlandese, accompagnati da patate al forno, insalata e quattro salsine che unite ad un'ottima crescia sono stati divini.
Nel menu era compreso pure un gelato, il caffè e il digestivo.
Servizio velocissimo, nonostante i molti tavoli.
