Sono stato in questo ristorante a cena con amici. Non conoscevo il posto, si trova a Jesi, a poca distanza dal centro un pó in collina. La struttura dispone anche di camere e ha una dependance vicina dove si possono faee feste private. Il locale ristorante si divide in due piani. Il nostro posto era sopra, su un grande salone rustico. I tavoli sono grandi e ben distanziati. Il cameriere ci ha illustrato il menu composto da combo a prezzo fisso: antipasto + primo, antipasto + secondo o completo. Abbiamo scelto antipasti e carne. Sono stati serviti prima i classici taglieri di salumi e formaggi, giardiniera e verdure, per secondo tre tagli di carne tra cui quella argentina servita in vassoi più patate arrosto. È stata chiesta la cottura per diversificare in base alle scelte. La quantità è stata abbondante e la carne buona. Il mio giudizio non puó che essere positivo anche perchè il prezzo è onesto, lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Large two-storey room with outdoor parking. A little difficult to get to for those unfamiliar. The choice is based on different already structured menus, the second menu, which I had the opportunity to try, offers excellent crescia, roast potatoes and grilled meat of different origins. The service is efficient.

I would have given even more if I could.
Delicious and tender meat, delicious wild boar tagliatelle, ravioli with cherry tomatoes and Fossa pecorino 🔝. Fast and friendly service even though the place was full. Highly recommended👏👏👏👏we will definitely be back.

Menu fisso a 35€ comprensivo di antipasto di salumi, formaggi e verdure + crescia illimitata davvero deliziosa. A seguire due primi da scegliere. Consiglio gnocchi con salsiccia, panna e tartufo: davvero deliziosi! Per secondo vari tagli di carni nostrane, argentine e irlandesi, roast-beef, patate e insalata. Tutto veramente buonissimo. Consigliatissimo!

Recommended by a colleague while I was staying away for work. SUPER! Very good meat, few menu combinations, but very rich and tasty. From simple appetizers to encores of first courses, to spectacular meat! The all-inclusive of side dishes, sauces, crescia, ice cream, coffee and corrections... accompanies the taste at the table, in an informal environment, in a rustic house outside the village immersed in tranquility. There is the possibility of staying in the few accommodations available if booked in time, there are 6 rooms with all the essential comforts, with a small and welcoming SPA available. I don't know the prices of the rooms, but regarding the food I can say that for the quality and quantity presented, compared to some other places, here we can say that we left a tip. I spent not even €30 each, with drinks included. Highly recommended!!

I have been in both winter and summer and the surplus of the outdoor terrace makes the difference! However, the menu format is simple and clear and the choice is not very wide but satisfying... the meat choices and the cooking are excellent!

Update: come with two and you will eat twice as much as if you come with 8. Avoid coming here on Sunday for lunch. stuck noodles, meat either overcooked or too raw. Excuses like: they are handmade or you know on Sunday it can happen, they are not accepted. For me you can even do a thousand covers, you just have to organize better. Then they tell me at the cash register that we only have 25 euros each, it's a shame that two of them were little girls and they almost didn't touch anything.
Find what I think if two of you come: Tabano is a restaurant that caters to a well-defined clientele: people who pay attention to substance, quality and service. They could ask for at least 20% more to get in line with the prices that are out there but they don't do it because their policy is clear: focus on 'a few things' but done well, very well indeed. The pasta is all homemade, very fresh. The meat is cooked divinely and the flavors are genuine. Unfortunately they cannot please all people, the various menus include coffee, ice cream, liqueurs, crescia, side dishes, things that we appreciate very much. Being a "different" menu from the usual, some might find things like 15 euros to come to the table without ordering anything 'unfair', but one thing must be said: if the end result is that I ate until I burst, drank, and everything great quality with top service, and I pay 49 euros for two when in another restaurant I would have paid no less than 75, do you know how much I care if the menu is written like this? Anyone who gives one star and complains about I don't know what, well, for me they are people who either don't understand anything or have never filmed. As far as I'm concerned, Tabano rightfully enters the top 3 restaurants where you can eat better for the price. Keep going like this, it's now a fixed stop for us.
P.s.: an acoustic treatment with polyester furniture panels would be the minimum that should be done by 2025 to avoid noise pollution. Upstairs there is a shocking amount of noise in the room.
In short, the classic restaurant where Sunday is best avoided. Therefore the average in my opinion is 3 stars. 5 during the week in 2, 1 star on Sunday in 8. Table 304. bye
