serata con amici, il locale è molto bello ed accogliente e il personale molto codiale e caloroso. Premesso che siamo andati a cena di sabato sera, il locale era quasi pieno e mi aspettavo pertanto una qualità non eccelsa. I fritti come ebi tempura erano riscaldati e risultavano pertanto insecchiti. I ravioli al vapore li avrei graditi molto di più serviti nelle tradizionali vaporiere in bambu' piuttosto che su piatti, comunque quelli di gamberi erano nuoni mentre quelli di carne un pò asciutti, probabilmente precotti. Nigiri buoni mentre sashimi di salmone buono e quello di tonno non un gran chè. La zuppa di miso molto buona, mentre il temachi troppo gommoso, quasi inmangiabile. Come dicevo probabilmente una cena in settimana con locale metà pieno permetteva di gustarsi meglio il cibo e la cucina avrebbe potuto curare meglio le portate. nel complesso un locale discreto meglio per l'ospitalità che per il cibo
