We were approached on the street and waved in. It was pleasantly air-conditioned inside. We ate well and were served very friendly. The food was expensive but good. Price performance medium.

In a furiously busy part of town, normally we would scuttle past but the young lady greeter inviting diners in was not pushy and was so courteous, explaining exactly what options there were for vegans, she alone made our decision to dine here. The mushroom risotto and the spaghetti with tomato and basil were both well cooked and tasty. The house red entirely palatable, all the waiting staff amenable and friendly. Despite the chaotic location, we enjoyed our meal. Thanks.

Great food. Great staff. Very good prices for a location like this. The service was super fast, even if the tables were full. A bit too much sauce on the pastas, but they were cooked really well. The food seemed fresh. Great experience over all.

we dined for lunch at ristorante Sorrento, as a coeliac we were drawn to the presence of gluten free options walking by and so decided to dine there. the staff were helpful and friendly throughout our meal. I had a fish dish with a side salad that was a bit bony and scaly given the price but still nice and gluten free. the gluten free tiramisu dessert was very nice. I did not have a coeliac reaction so could recommend this for a gluten free meal if you have the extra $$ to spend. overall was a nice experience!

Our food was very tasty. Taglione ala Putanesca and Tagliatelle Tonno. The service was also very friendly and courteous and the ambience and atmosphere were extremely pleasant. I can't agree with the previous reviews, maybe the chef has changed :-).

18/07/2024: We liked this beach club the most out of all the one we looked into in Sorrento. Yes, it is expensive to pay for a sunbed and umbrella (50 euros for 2 people) especially coming from the U.S. where we take public beaches for granted, but it felt worth it for a few reasons. First of all, when we went on a weekday in the afternoon even during the summer it was easy to get a spot. We made a reservation, but it didn't seem like we needed one. We were able to get 2 sunbeds and have drinks brought to us at our sunbeds. The limoncello spritz was excellent. Second of all, you can't beat the experience of swimming in the Bay of Naples next to ancient Roman ruins. That was just incredible. Third, we were able to leave our belongings at our sunbeds without any worries that someone would take them because there was a lot of staff around. I would not have felt comfortable doing that at a public beach. We came back for a second time on a weekend, and we should have made a reservation because even at 10:30 AM it was already extremely busy. We had to wait 10 minutes to be let in, and then when we were let in we were only able to rent lounge chairs and not sunbeds. That still wasn't too bad though because the lounge chairs and umbrella were a little cheaper (around 40 euros for 2 people) and we still got to swim, which was the main reason we wanted to be there anyway. The drinks and refreshments are a bit expensive since you're paying for the view and the experience as well. Don't come here if you want a traditional beach experience though. There is no sand. The sunbeds are on a pier. Personally, that did not bother me because I would rather not have sand all over my feet and belongings.
01/07/2024: A beautiful, generous and magical place! This is not only a restaurant but also a place to enjoy the water and the scenery along the coast. I highly recommend walking to the end off the beach clubs and enjoying this amazing spot. This place has special energy and we were treated very kindly!
