Very spacious and clean hotel located in a strategic area

Three stars, representing the hotel's rating. It could deserve more for many reasons, but unfortunately, whether due to the manager's decision or other reasons, it fails to achieve this. The room's cleanliness is questionable; upon arrival, I asked the receptionist for a broom and dustpan. The room was rather small and there was no refrigerator. The varied breakfast at the bar was enjoyable, all self-service. If you arrive by car, private parking is available upon request for €30 per day. This is a fairly basic hotel, and for the price, I'd look elsewhere.

The reception is very friendly. The rooms are very clean, and towels are provided. Slippers would have been better.

We were a large group on a company outing. We had a single room that was recently renovated.
Comfortable beds, very clean, and a nice bathroom.

We were passing through Croatia and wanted to spend a few days in Italy, and I only discovered the bad reviews afterward, and I really don't understand them.
Our room was clean, tidy, quiet, and the air conditioning worked perfectly and quietly. Sure, the breakfast was a bit lacking in choice, but I think that's normal in Italy because they don't have a very "German" breakfast; that's just the culture.
For the price, I think it's good.
We immediately said we didn't need a parking space because the hotel also has a back entrance by the bar, and there are plenty of free parking spaces there.

If you're going for a day and not for several weeks, it's perfectly fine, it has its own restaurant, free parking is a short walk away, and you can do all kinds of shopping. Good value for money

We were passing through and didn't want to drive into the city center with our camper. We were happy with the room; the reception staff were very friendly and gave us tips for sightseeing. You can easily take the bus into the city center. We also booked breakfast, which was good; we would have expected a bit more for the price. The rooms were cleaned every day, and we also had fresh towels every day. We did have to deduct points for the mattresses. They were comfortable, but the hygiene was a bit questionable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hotel itself was well-ventilated. For us and our camper, this hotel was a good choice for exploring Trieste for two days.

Good, well-run hotel with well-appointed rooms, including a restaurant. However, the wine they gave me was sour. I reported it to the restaurant manager, but she didn't waive the wine charge. I would stay at the hotel again, but I would be very careful about the restaurant. Even the parking under the ring road, at 30 euros a night, is excessive. Only later did I see that I could park for free 20 meters further on, but the reception staff didn't bother telling me.

Given the high attendance in the breakfast room, a simple toaster would help guests toast their bread more quickly.
Instead, there's a simple griddle that, in addition to taking time to toast (since it's used by guests to toast cold cuts and cheeses directly, which melt), gets dirty from the melting cheese.
A toaster, on the other hand, would allow for quick toasting of bread without melting the cheese.
Since many of the guests are workers, time is of the essence, so a toaster would allow them to enjoy breakfast quickly and easily, thus starting the day stress-free.
Otherwise, the staff's kindness and professionalism cover every need, making guests feel like family.
