New and welcoming structure. Very friendly staff and above all superb cuisine.

Small room, but mediocre cleanliness and availability

Room tidy and clean, but essential service is missing, also given the slightly out of the way location, free parking for guests. They asked us 30 euros to park nearby. We made do by parking in the nearby industrial area.

It has a nice and clean parking lot

The whole team had a good time, except that for the savory breakfast we are a little bad at always putting the same things in a row. In one of our rooms you couldn't take a shower because otherwise the room would flood. Even if it's not their fault, the smell of diesel is too strong because of the industries and you can't open the windows, from one of them there were tools and spare parts outside which when opening the window is very unpleasant to see.

Good location for getting around, the rooms could do with a bit of sprucing up and some don't have a bidet. The terrible breakfast

I spent 3 nights at the hotel for school purposes. Before arriving I was afraid of all the bad reviews, but it's not at all as they say: I brought the UV torch which highlights the dirt and the room was sparkling clean. The food is good but I don't recommend it for vegetarian or vegan people because they don't have much choice on what to eat; all in all breakfast and dinner were good. The hotel is very large and the rooms are spacious. The beds are comfortable but the pillows were slightly thin. I particularly recommend the hotel. The only thing that bothered me was kids from other schools knocking on rooms and running away, I saw them 2 times out of 4 that it was them, but that's a personal experience that the hotel didn't have much control over. And the remote had no batteries.

nice rooms, but the bathroom smelled like sewage. Rude staff and extremely unprepared about intolerances. I strongly advise against the food, especially if you have celiac disease.

Very busy place, nice staff, good prices and the police are nice (they stay there).

Hotel outside Trieste in an industrial area large number of rooms few parking spaces a single parking lot with few spaces at 30 euros a night, poor room cleaning dirty pillows too thin to sleep thin duvet with stains and worn sheets televisions not all smart only in the restored rooms courtesy kit mini soap and 2 mini sachets of ridiculous shower gel. Dinner long waiting times good choice of dishes, average quality nothing exceptional included only still water the sparkling one is paid separately ... oh well coffee apart. Terrible breakfast industrial juices coffee machine that doesn't work cold coffee mini brioches that seem to be made of cardboard jams only in jars that everyone fishes out lots of hard boiled or fried eggs no biscuits only toast bread with a miserable toaster always dirty cold rooms high price for what they offer 114 with half board
