In our opinion, the rooms were always clean, tidy and well-maintained. There was also a balcony, ours faced the street, which of course wasn't a bad thing, the volume was always okay, the view was great and the service was always friendly and helpful.
Location
Located right on the water and you can reach every place in the area on foot. There would also be a shop right next door. There would also be a small parking garage opposite.
Breakfast
The usual, not bad and totally enough.

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice room with lake view and very close beach, we had a very good time. The Jacuzzis with a view are very nice. The only flaw: the hot water in the shower lasted a maximum of 20 minutes in the evening hours and the telephone to call the reception didn't work.

The staff was particularly nice, the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The bathroom took some getting used to, but was manageable. The roof terrace with two whirlpools has a PRICELESS brilliant view

Very nice elegant hotel. Tasty and varied food, very good location, close to the beach. Basically, there is everything here - a restaurant, a bar, an ice cream stand, a swimming pool, a large and nicely arranged space for outdoor relaxation and, above all, MRS. MONIKA. Always nice and helpful, Mrs. Monika advised us where to eat well, what is worth seeing there, where it is worth going and sightseeing. To put it briefly - thank God for Mrs. Monika :)

While I have not been a guest at the Hotel itself, I do want to take the time to thank the staff for their great hospitality and service.
I was on my way through Limone sul Garda and took a break at the Hotel/Restaurant. A few years ago, I had been there with my late parents and I wanted to honor their memory by having a breakfast there (as we did back then, we „parked“ my Dad for breakfast there, while my Mom and me went shopping). Unfortunately (but understandibly) you do not offer breakfast for non hotel guests anymore. But this didn‘t keep the very nice waitress from offering me a seat, serving me a coffee, cookies and a Croissant. Additionally, the nice lady at the reception checked out something for me regarding the closure of a road. This really is the best kind of service someone can get, and I wasn‘t even a Hotel guest! In the end, they even refused to bill me for the Croissant and I only had to pay for the coffee and my Cola. (I hope I have been able to compensate this with the tip I left). Thank you so much for this short experience. It really means a lot to me, especially as this place brought back the memories of my last vacation with my late parents, with my Dad spending several hours enjoying your wonderful hospitality back then. I hope to be back in the future and then as a guest of your hotel.
Obviously, I couldn‘t really rate your rooms, as I have never seen one, but I will still give it 5 stars, as I expect this kind of exceptional service to be consistent within the rest of the hotel.
