Very nice and friendly staff! Shortcoming: Dinner and wellness area in the neighboring hotel and no bathrobes in the room.

I recommend! Excellent location and excellent breakfast, friendly staff, wonderful view from the jacuzzi, the only thing I wish was that the room had at least slippers, and even better, bathrobes, but they were given at the first request, for the money I think the best option for relaxation!

We stayed at the Hotel Sogno del Benaco for a week. Overall we were very satisfied. Rooms etc very clean. Staff more than friendly. Good location, easy to reach everything on foot and a nice view over the lake from the balcony. There are enough parking spaces available. Breakfast good but not spectacular. What was missing a bit was a small coffee machine or kettle in the room. We had booked half board, dinner was served in the neighboring hotel Garda Bellevue (approx. 50m). The dining room was uninviting, the staff and service were sometimes hard-working, and the food was generally boring and monotonous. You were processed quickly and sometimes asked to leave the table if you sat for 5 minutes too long. We would definitely NOT book half board there again. You were full, but nothing more. Spa was also offered in the neighboring hotel mentioned above. Small spa area, a bit old, but quite sufficient for an afternoon. Overall, our review can be viewed in two parts: It was really nice at Sogno des Benaco and we would book it again, but we wouldn't book food at Garda Bellevue again and, to be honest, it was a complete failure.

There were 4 of us there in 2 rooms each. Fundamental Rooms & Service In our opinion, the rooms were always clean, tidy and well-maintained. There was also a balcony, ours faced the street, which of course wasn't a bad thing, the volume was always okay, the view was great and the service was always friendly and helpful. Location Located right on the water and you can reach every place in the area on foot. There would also be a shop right next door. There would also be a small parking garage opposite. Breakfast The usual, not bad and totally enough.

The staff was particularly nice, the breakfast buffet was brilliant. The bathroom took some getting used to, but was manageable. The roof terrace with two whirlpools has a PRICELESS brilliant view

Friendly and helpful staff, very nice room with lake view and very close beach, we had a very good time. The Jacuzzis with a view are very nice. The only flaw: the hot water in the shower lasted a maximum of 20 minutes in the evening hours and the telephone to call the reception didn't work.
