03/03/2025: Atmosphere of times gone by, very well done family cuisine

01/02/2025: For years, since delivery services like Glovo and Deliveroo took hold, I haven't found such kindness and friendliness when ordering at home. Friendly, helpful staff, they answer a phone number immediately and are real and nice people. The girl who delivers is polite, very kind and never had a problem. The food is good, the grilled ravioli is super, also the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken skewers and the rice noodles, in short everything is good even the tempura. The only flaw is that the minimum order is perhaps a little too high, in fact I only use it every now and then, but it's really satisfying to order a good Chinese one and not be afraid that it will be abandoned in the stairwell by someone who doesn't use the intercom and he drops it there and you. that you have to chase a phantom customer service in chat, while you go down the street in slippers because your pizza has disappeared but they say it has arrived. We have gotten used to it badly in recent years, we have gotten used to being treated not as customers but as pain-in-the-ass beggars, despite spending significant amounts of money. I stopped using this new generation of delivery a while ago, and I only use restaurants that have their own service, they are much much better than those only affiliated with the various deliveries that have changed the perception of the customer/user for the worse. I highly recommend it, not just because it's good, but because things that work deserve recognition.
