A trattoria in the heart of the historic center, where you can enjoy traditional Umbrian and Tuscan dishes, revisited and beautifully presented...not to mention delicious. All in a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, with a huge fireplace where meat and soups are cooked in front of you. Beautiful. Always top notch!

A traditional restaurant with a good dose of originality, featuring a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The waiter is knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, with a great sense of humor. The kitchen offers dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients (few, but good). We'll definitely be returning

First, let's start with a thank you that's worth more than 5 stars! Thank you for accepting our little dog, a wire-haired dachshund! You might be saying, "What's there to thank?" Well, it's not always so obvious, since another restaurant in the beautiful Città della Pieve refused us entry! I won't name them to avoid any form of publicity. At Silvana's, we found a splendid atmosphere, enveloping us in a "warm embrace," lit up so we could grill the meat! The Chianina beef with ragù is indescribable: you absolutely have to try it! And the smell of the meat on the fire made us dream!!

Visit this restaurant when you arrive and be kind to Silvana and her wonderful team, because they will provide you with a joyful experience, filled with exquisite food, laughter, thoughtfulness, kindness, and intelligence, even if the restaurant is packed with party-going Danes who monopolize the service. That's how this job is done. All applause for Silvana.

In the historic center of Città della Pieve, you can't beat the RISTORANTE SILVANA Fabulous traditional Umbrian-Tuscan cuisine. I ate there with friends, and besides the fantastic food and wine, it was a lifetime experience. Highly recommended.

31/12/2025: A family-friendly atmosphere in Spoleto's main square. The bar is always well-stocked, with a wide variety of excellent pastries, a well-kept exterior, and a comfortable, welcoming interior. The real added value, however, is the staff: always smiling, courteous, and professional, they're excellent.

15/02/2026: A beautiful location embraced by rare kindness. We ate here for both lunch and dinner on Valentine's Day, and the food was absolutely delicious. I'd also like to highlight the care and attention the owners and staff showed to my partner's food intolerances. She never felt uncomfortable and was able to choose from a wide variety of foods. The room was tidy, clean, and very traditional. Would you recommend this property? ABSOLUTELY.
17/11/2025: Gorgeous location, a well-maintained country house offering good food and tranquility. We used it as a parking space for our camper, and we had a wonderful time. Water and electricity are included in the price. To reach Spello, you'll need to travel independently or take a taxi. Fabulous cuisine.
