The prices are a bit high, but this is a widespread problem these days.

Positive experience.
Courteous and professional welcome.
Well-kept restaurant (given the quality of the location, the bathroom area could be improved) and nestled in the pine forest.
Good food, with a special mention for the truly top-quality fried fish.
The only negative was one of the waiters, whose attitude was at times impolite.
Highly recommended for everything else.

Overall dissapointing, atmosphere and service were ok but food not so much. Starters were good (octopus and cold cuts/cheese) but the 3 main pasta dishes were either over or undercooked and extremely fishy or bland, did not taste fresh. Pizza was good but nothing special. Service was slow and had to be reminded of some of the ordered dishes/drinks which took a long time to arrive.

We had fond memories of Shardana two years ago, but yesterday's dinner disappointed all our expectations. The first major issue was with the raw fish, where a truly smelly tuna ball forced us to report the inconvenience to the waiter. Instead of apologizing, he responded, after a quick exchange with the kitchen, with the audacity to say it was the smell of the daikon used in the dressing, which really bothered us. Other dishes weren't impeccable either, certainly not as we remembered: overcooked spaghetti with clams, an appetizer that included a selection of mussels, almost all of which were empty, and a calamari and shrimp soup that was anything but soupy. The only lucky person at the table was my son, who was very satisfied with his choices. Something probably changed, perhaps just the numbers; we went for the second sitting, at 9:30 pm. I hope things went better in the first sitting. However, everyone was very careful to ask how things were going, but not as quick to admit obvious mistakes.

Good food and excellent service: friendly and helpful. Good gluten-free options, although they made a mistake with the pasta and served it plain to a celiac guest. Luckily, we noticed it immediately, and they apologized and made up for it!

The atmosphere and venue are immersed in the pine forest, and the service and food are excellent. The mixed seafood appetizer is highly recommended. Spaghetti with clams and bottarga is also excellent.

Da anni siamo clienti di shardana... Quest'anno, dopo i cambiamenti già degli scorsi anni, ho riscontrato un menù diverso da quello pubblicato sul sito, ed è sbagliato, e anche il pane che era ottimo e fatto in casa non è più quello. La fregola era buona, non eccellente, gli spaghetti alle vongole asciutti e con le vongole vuote... Un vero peccato. Come dessert, il cremoso insapore e la salsa ai frutti di bosco non realizzata in cucina , il semifreddo al pistacchio abbiamo dovuto mandarlo indietro perché duro come un sasso. Ce ne hanno poi servito un altro alla temperatura corretta

Früher war der „Aperitivo“ immer toll mit einer kleinen kulinarischen Überraschung. Inzwischen gibt es auch hier nur noch die üblichen Chips und Oliven. Sehr sehr schade.
Das Beste ist die Aussicht…..
