We went to this restaurant for the first time for lunch, it surprised us a bit for everything.. the place is nice and spacious where you can move around, there are stairs but if you need to enter with strollers there is a door that leads directly to the room, fast and polite service almost impeccable I would say, to our amazement very good food, we were 35 people who cleaned all the plates from the appetizers to the first and second courses everything, I recommend trying the Settetrulli, oh I almost forgot the owner who when we spoke on the phone to make a reservation immediately proved to be very nice and helpful, we will definitely be back to celebrate and not only on other occasions thanks

Yesterday we went to the seven trulli in Martina Franca for my mom's birthday, what can I say!!! Impeccable service, we started with a variety of appetizers and were satisfied with both the quality of the local products and the quantity, then we moved on to the first courses and we had opted for paccheri with wild boar ragù and agnolotti with porcini mushrooms, both delicious, then we moved on to the second courses, also good and plentiful, including salads and finally seasonal fruit, all accompanied by various drinks included in the price, including a good white wine of their production, all this for only €35. We will definitely return, a place that deserves 5 stars even if we are talking about a trattoria but it deserves everything I have listed. Thanks to the owners and the staff who were very attentive.

Family restaurant! A restaurant that I recommend mainly for the particularly tasty food, with a traditional menu. The service is very friendly, a lot of empathy and communication!!! 16/11/2025: I stayed at Mr. Enzo's place for a trail race that took place over the weekend of November 7-9, 2025. Mr. Enzo was incredibly kind and helpful, taking us to the start on race day and also preparing breakfast and dinner for us at completely unexpected times. Dinner was also truly delicious, with his mother in the kitchen, who really knows her stuff. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Thank you so much to Enzo for making us feel at home.
12/11/2025: We spent 2 nights in this excellent agriturismo while participating to a sport event. The premise is quiet and immersed in the countryside. The building and the rooms have a pleasantly modern design. The food is amazing and prepared mainly with self grown products. The owners have been incredibly accommodating with all our requests and even drove us to the starting point of our race. We could not have chosen a better place. Thank you Touches of Puglia 🏃🏽‍♂️

06/01/2026: I've been frequenting La Paranza for three summers now, and I must say I've never been disappointed, except for a few price increases—nothing serious that detracts from the quality of the experience. The location is beautiful, right on the Marina di Pulsano seafront, with outdoor tables perfect for enjoying the sea breeze and a unique summer atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owner also contributes to creating a family-friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's true strength, however, is its seafood cuisine: tasty dishes prepared with fresh ingredients, from classic seafood to specialties like mixed fried fish, gnocchi with red shrimp, troccoli with clams, and seafood pasta. Each course showcases the freshness and authentic flavor of the sea, satisfying even the most discerning palates. The atmosphere is simple yet convivial, ideal for a relaxing dinner with friends or enjoying a summer evening overlooking the sea. Although the restaurant can get crowded in high season, the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff are always top-notch.
