An excellent surprise, excellent raw materials, prepared with delicate and fresh flavors that enhance the fish... I liked the chef's style and compliments also to the wine cellar.

A very classy and stylish restaurant, a bit pricey but worth it. Everything we tried was delicious. The service was impeccable. The wine cellar was spectacular. Highly recommended for a special occasion.

I rarely write reviews but this restaurant was excellent, both the food and service. Food was sophisticated but not overly fussy, and most importantly, delicious. I would happily go back every night of our stay.

A short walk from Piazza San Marco and close to the Grand Canal and yet on a street devoid of clamoring tourists, this seafood restaurant was a wonderful find. We opted for the tasting menu with wine pairings and had a fabulous night. The staff were very knowledgeable, the atmosphere was relaxing and the food was excellent.

I spent Valentine's Day with my boyfriend and we had a truly wonderful time. We had made reservations for the occasion, and we were right to do so because it was fully booked. The location was relaxed and chic, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. First of all, they asked us if we wanted an aperitif to start, and we chose two glasses of "romantico" accompanied by soft focaccia with mountain butter and anchovies—a perfect start. We chose the restaurant's tasting menu, consisting of 5 courses: 2 appetizers, 1 first course, 1 second course, and dessert. They also brought us a delicious entree, courtesy of the kitchen, which was truly exquisite. Excellent value for money. I want to mention the service: everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, especially the waitress who served us, Fiona, a truly attentive, super kind, and helpful girl. We'll definitely be back.

The 5-course tasting menu was excellent in terms of taste, it's a shame the quantities were a little small, we finished the meal feeling full, thanks to the bread.

For the first course, spaghetti with squid ink 🖤🍝: intense, well-creamed, with a full and authentic seafood flavor. The finale was as good as the rest of the dinner 🍰👌: a precisely executed tiramisu and a deconstructed cheesecake with marinated beets ❤️, truly unique and unconventional, capping off the meal with personality and originality. Special mention goes to the staff, kind and attentive 😊, never intrusive, which contributes to creating a relaxed atmosphere. The setting is elegant 🕯️, well-maintained, and the services impeccably clean 🚿✨, a detail that is anything but obvious. Excellent and friendly service. The food is on par with Ikarus (Hangar 7). The waiter is amazing; he does a perfect job with the wine. Actually, it's too cheap for what's offered.

Fantastic New Year's Eve at Sestante! The staff was incredibly kind and professional. The atmosphere and music were top-notch, and the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming. The dishes were excellent, both in taste and presentation. Highly recommended!
