Ristorante Serafino In Cervo

It is a historic restaurant in the heart of Cervo, and the spectacular view of the sea alone is worth the visit. The room with the large panoramic window offers a unique atmosphere, especially at sunset. The place is very elegant, tastefully furnished, and the service is truly up to par: super professional, friendly and attentive staff, always ready to recommend the best of the menu. We started with a raw appetizer of prawns and amberjack, very fresh, and a well-executed Ligurian classic: the branda…. These dishes already won us over. For the first course we were tempted by the house specialty: the famous Spaghetti di serafino. To be taken by at least two, they are served directly in the pan, seasoned with a rich red sauce and a generous mix of seafood (scampi, mussels, clams). A truly exceptional dish, tasty and abundant. Practical note: be careful with the red sauce… it is delicious but could be “insidious” for light-colored clothes! The coffee was also excellent, confirming an experience that was taken care of in every detail. A restaurant that you leave wanting to return to. Highly recommended!

Exceptional!! except for the prices which are too expensive considering the season (June)

The quality/price ratio is not the best. From the first course of 25 euros you expect excellence, instead the clam chips inside the plate, modest size, lukewarm pasta etc. In short it is not the worst dish, absolutely, but it was far from my expectations from this location.

Fantastic location in a beautiful village. We had lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea. Competent and very polite staff. Not good dishes, very good and very well presented. Value for money in the norm.

Very well-kept place on the hill facing the sea, very good appetizers that recall both Liguria and the nearby Piedmont, same thing for the first and second courses with a good choice (luckily not kilometer-long menus). Courteous staff

Second time for us and certainly not the last. The welcome, the view, the decor are top-notch. And the food is delicious. The village of Cervo is beautiful too.
