22/08/2025: We discovered this trattoria by chance after a wine tasting in the area, and what a pleasant surprise! Simple yet elegant, it's the kind of place where every dish immediately reflects the highest quality ingredients, all locally sourced, cooked simply but with incredible flavor. For starters, we had a selection of cold cuts, including a fantastic culatello with gnocco fritto, beef tartare, and vitello tonnato, each plate better than the last. For the main course, the braised suckling pork belly, crispy on the outside and tender inside, was truly delicious. The wine list, it goes without saying, is excellent; it's hard to pick a "wrong" bottle. Prices are slightly above average. For appetizers, we had an assortment of cured meats, including a truly fantastic culatello with gnocco fritto, beef tartare, and vitello tonnato: each course better than the last. For the main course, the braised pork belly, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, was truly delicious. The wine list, it goes without saying, is excellent and it's hard to go wrong. 10/07/2025: Congratulations! I had lunch there and I must say I enjoyed everything: quality ingredients, excellent service, and the very unique atmosphere with its exposed brick ceilings. Recommended!
