We came for a birthday party. Everything was great, the atmosphere was very nice, and the food was good. The fried dumplings were excellent, and the pisciolini were delicious.

Despite the rainy day, I specifically asked to be taken to a small restaurant along the banks of the Po River, and the place turned out exactly as I expected. Classic and traditional dishes, well-made. Quick and well-served, with more than fair prices. I managed to rediscover that taste of times gone by! Well done!

Excellent experience! We had gnocco fritto with excellent quality cured meats and a very well-cooked fritto misto. The service is excellent: the staff is very friendly and makes you feel at home. Absolutely fair value for money. Highly recommended!

Excellent food. The torta fritta was excellent, as were the pisarei e fasö, beans with pork rind, beef in salsa verde, and the ravioli. Everything was very good. I must say, however, as I told the owner, there were wasps in the gazebo that we had to constantly swat away at the risk of being stung, so we couldn't eat in peace. Otherwise, it was excellent, truly.

07/03/2026: The stuff is very professional, they help you to choose the best food. The taste of food is amazing and high quality.
22/02/2026: Well, what can I say about Trattoria Regina, a tradition for the people of Piacenza, a tradition for the owners, having been passed down from father to son (the mustache), and a tradition for me, who used to go there as a boy with my parents. From Quarto to Podenzano, the premises have improved, a bit more modern but still harking back to the past with paintings and photos of operas hanging on the walls. The large parking lot and visibility have improved, as it's on the road to Grazzano Visconti, a popular tourist destination. The quality of the traditional Piacenza cuisine remains, as does the friendliness and kindness of the owners, which is also reflected in the waiters. What can I recommend from the menu? The cured meats are excellent, along with the anolini, tortelli, and pisarei, all made according to Piacenza tradition. I particularly recommend the roast beef and cod in all their versions. As for the desserts, you decide, they're all good.

La Ca di Sass

05/05/2025: Il frigo vetrina, posto all'ingresso dell'antico edificio di pietra recentemente ristrutturato, con all'interno grossi pesci appesi a frollare, ci introducono in un mondo fatto di passione, sperimentazione, tecnica e ricerca. L'ambiente è elegante e l'accoglienza cordiale. Il menu è quasi incomprensibile per la quantità di ingredienti insoliti utilizzati per preparare le pietanze. Il crudo di corba rossa è tenero e armonioso ed il risotto alla milanese di mare un poco anonimo. Sorprendente l'animella di vitello alla brace con tamarindo. La carta dei vini è discreta e con ricarichi corretti. Gradita la piccola pasticceria offerta in chiusura. Alla fine della serata resta la sensazione di avere speso bene i 70 euro del conto.
10/04/2025: Sempre una bella conferma! Conoscevamo già questi ragazzi dal Ca' Longa e ci eravamo ripromessi di venire a provare il menù della Ca' di Sass, che rimane rustica ma scenografica. I piatti parlano da sé. Personale di sala molto competente e mai invadente. Piacevolissima serata.
