Sunday we celebrated our kids' wedding ..... WONDERFUL ..... Drinks at the village .....so much stuff!!! Restaurant? Wonderful location..... possibility to adapt according to your needs. EXCELLENT cuisine!!! The pastry chef?.... FANTASTIC !!! The staff ....excellent. Polite, prepared....present, but not excessive. Gabriele, the owner, ....as the groom said "has the ability to transmit tranquility" .....he is an exquisite person. What can I say, you have an important occasion to celebrate....do you also simply want to be pampered in the palate and soul?....this is the right place. Questo Ristorante rappresenta la volontà più assoluta di “far star bene” i propri ospiti, la capacità della cucina di unire sapori ed elementi è magistrale, come lo è la capacità del personale di sala di far sentire a casa tutti coloro che abbiano la fortuna di potersi sedere al tavolo degli “Osti in Castelbianco dal 1926”. Tutto questo è unito alla totale professionalità e cura del dettaglio di tutto lo staff, in pratica ti trattano come un Re e come uno di famiglia allo stesso tempo, mi sono interrogato molte volte su come questo sia possibile…e penso che lo sia solo qui da Scola! Penso che questo possa già bastare, ma in realtà c’è ancora da sottolineare la conoscenza pressoché totale del Somelier di sala, il signor Gabriele che è in grado di leggere nella mente dei clienti e fargli bere quello che diventerà da quella sera il loro “vino preferito”.
