The Fork 0
This is our third time at this restaurant, and it has undoubtedly become our favorite in Trieste. Excellent quality products, cooked with great flavor and respect for the ingredients. A variety of dishes, each one better than the last. Excellent atmosphere and service: we always love the quiet and elegant atmosphere. Although some soft music or jazz would be even better, as it's often too quiet. Excellent value for money!

Bar Buffet Borsa

07/01/2026: The owner was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. There are also seats on the first floor, but we didn't try them. The lasagna and salmon were perfect!

17/11/2025: A beautiful place, popular with young people and university students (I recommend booking if you're in a large group). The cocktails are delicious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The owner is incredibly nice!
