We visited this restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner in 2025. Excellent service, always attentive and incredibly kind, and both the fish and meat menus were delicious!
We highly recommend it, especially because it's also AIC certified, making it an excellent choice for celiacs. Thanks to all the staff at Sapori Perduti!

While on vacation in Palermo, we discovered this restaurant for its gluten-free options. It was a satisfying experience, even for those without specific dietary restrictions. Excellent cuisine, beautiful dishes, and quality ingredients. The wine recommendations were well researched. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff was attentive and friendly.

A truly charming and intimate restaurant. The staff was incredibly helpful and lovely. I booked through The Fork, and even though I wasn't entitled to the 20% discount on à la carte dishes, they still told me they'd apply the discount if I ordered à la carte dishes. I opted for the tasting menu, and I think it was the best choice. Excellent food, and the location was perfect for a romantic dinner. The price was more than fair.

We opted for the journey through lost flavors, with three courses for €40 per person. Everything was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. A special mention goes to the jasmine semifreddo, truly exceptional. Gluten-free options are available. The staff was also very friendly. We'll be back!
