Beautiful restaurant with highly professional service. Excellent aperitif with gin and tonic based on Sicilian gin. Dinner was excellent: the raw fish appetizer is in the top ten of the best I have ever eaten. The seared tuna is also very good. Highly recommended for those who are in Palermo

An excellent restaurant, with a menu in several languages: convenient for those who don't speak Italian. The waiters spoke French and English.
Excellent, typical flavors for a relatively high price. However, the value for money remains acceptable if you're looking for refined cuisine.

This is one of the places where you think twice before writing a review, since it will be hard to get a table there soon enough.
its a hidden gem of casual fine dining. a mixture of down to earth high quality food and a creative more avantgardistic dishes.

è successo proprio così... passeggiavamo io la mia Signora ed una coppia di fraterni amici, in visita per qualche giorno a Palermo, e siamo transitati davanti al "Sapori Perduti". Subito ci ha colpito la pulizia, l'ordine, l'immediata ma garbata empatia del personale e così la sera stessa abbiamo deciso di andare a cenare da loro. Personale garbato ed attento, cena ottima, ottimo servizio, prezzo più che adeguato! Abbiamo mangiato delle ottime fettuccine alla carbonara, gnocchi al burro e salvia, paccheri "sapori perduti". Viste le generose porzioni abbiamo concluso con un dolce: ottimi anche quelli! Consigliatissimo!

I visited the store for the first time♪
The staff at the restaurant were very kind and I was able to enjoy my meal with peace of mind🍽️🥰
I had a 🦪 allergy 💦, so they replaced it with salmon 🥹
I was so full that I couldn't order 3 dishes for both of us😅
The amount of pasta 🍝 is 120g more 🇮🇹
The taste was subdued and I really liked it ☺️

Service was friendly and helpful. The food was good, but not as great as you would expect from a restaurant such as this one and for the price. Moreover, the portions were rather small, especially for Italy, the price, and that we had specifically mentioned that we were looking for a large meal after a long day of traveling.
Based on their recommendation for the amount of food we shared the following. The seafood crudo was my favorite, fresh fish done right. We also ordered the black tagliolini (which they split between in two plates, one shown in the photos attached) and the swordfish (a bit dry). All in all, and for the price, there are better options in Palermo.

Cucina che crea un feel rouge di notevole importanza con il cliente.
Altissima qualità, servizio impeccabile, locale accogliente, sono le note distintive del locale in essere.
È palese come si punti sulla qualità e sulla freschezza del prodotto che viene offerto al cliente, elaborato e impiattato in modo superlativo . Personale gentilissimo, qualificato ed attento alle esigenze della clientela.
