An elegant, AIC-certified restaurant where the menu is also available in a gluten-free version. I chose the full menu for €40. The price is very fair considering the high quality of the dishes. I thought the portions were small, but I have to say they were just right. I also really enjoyed the warmed gluten-free sandwich, perfect for mopping up the bread. The flavor subscriptions were excellent, especially the jasmine parfait, a flavor I'd never tried before. The staff was kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

If you love raw fish, Sapori Perduti is simply heaven! The raw fish is incredibly fresh and perfectly prepared, probably the best I've ever tasted. The restaurant is elegant and welcoming, and the always smiling and helpful staff makes the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant not to be missed in Palermo!

The simple, spacious, brightly lit atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with distinctive artistic touches, references to typically Sicilian characters and sayings. The menu features traditional Sicilian dishes, finely crafted with a modern twist by the imaginative hand of chef Francesco Oneto, part of the renowned restaurant dynasty. The wine list is excellent, featuring regional wines. The service is friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and comprehensive, led by a talented, helpful, and knowledgeable restaurant manager. Excellent value for money, and a side note of praise is the ultra-modern, gender-neutral restroom, which reflects the social evolution of this entrepreneurial venture.

After a year, I returned to the restaurant, which is always meticulously maintained, with Michelin-starred cuisine, very professional staff, and high-quality food, with prices in line with the quality of the food offered. If I ever return to Palermo, I'll definitely stop by. 👍👍

We went for my mom's birthday during our stay in Palermo. It was recommended to us by the owner of the B&B where we stayed, just steps away. We ate very well, with revisited Sicilian dishes that retained the authentic flavors of tradition. The service was impeccable, and everyone was very kind and helpful. Definitely worth a try.
