Excellent food and atmosphere Quieter location (it's 2 blocks from the center)

We ate the 40 euro per person menu, everything was delicious and the dishes were plentiful.

The pasta with sardines was really good, like proper homemade, I think they put some fennel or maybe I imagine but it had that taste. Arancini also nice, crunchy outside, soft rice inside, I could eat two more but I stoped. The waiter smiled all the time, talked about the wine, I almost didn’t get everything he said but it was tasty with pasta. Inside was noisy but not too much, people laughing, talking, you feel like locals are around not just tourists. Prices, well, not cheap, but honestly I didn’t feel robbed, for the quality it was fine. I saw desserts passing and regret I didn’t order one, they looked tempting

We arrived at the last minute, without a reservation, and were greeted with a kindness that truly won us over. The staff pampered us from start to finish, with a rare level of attention: the owner introduced himself in person, and, at the end, the chef even came out to greet us. We chose the "Journey of Flavors" menu, which proved to be an excellent choice: each course was like a stage in a culinary tale. The gastronomic journey transported us through carefully orchestrated flavors, textures, and aromas...an experience that was more than a meal, but an emotional tale of the region and the chef's creativity! Each dish was carefully described by the staff, guiding us on this gastronomic journey with fascinating explanations of the flavors, ingredients, and inspiration behind each creation. We will definitely return, and we recommend it to anyone seeking a pampered, authentic, and meaningful gastronomic experience.

What a wonderful discovery! The paccheri are a true masterpiece, and the fried chickpeas are incredibly light and irresistible. The warm welcome and authentic atmosphere made us feel right at home. I'll definitely be back!

A classic on the kist of restaurants in Palermo. Certainly decent but not good enough to get 5 stars. There are better places in Palermo.

è successo proprio così... passeggiavamo io la mia Signora ed una coppia di fraterni amici, in visita per qualche giorno a Palermo, e siamo transitati davanti al "Sapori Perduti". Subito ci ha colpito la pulizia, l'ordine, l'immediata ma garbata empatia del personale e così la sera stessa abbiamo deciso di andare a cenare da loro. Personale garbato ed attento, cena ottima, ottimo servizio, prezzo più che adeguato! Abbiamo mangiato delle ottime fettuccine alla carbonara, gnocchi al burro e salvia, paccheri "sapori perduti". Viste le generose porzioni abbiamo concluso con un dolce: ottimi anche quelli! Consigliatissimo!

Un locale verso il porto di Palermo trovato tra le viette del corso. Personale presente durante della cena. Cibo ottimo specialmente il polpo con cialda al nero di seppia. Prezzo leggermente più alto delle aspettative, ma nulla di esorbitante.
