Located on the top of a hill between Spoleto and Trevi, both the village and the convent offer a relaxing panorama! Not even an hour's drive from the main Umbrian cities, therefore convenient for travel. With both breakfast and dinner you feel pampered by the staff and chef Rosy's delicacies! Dinner is not included in the price, but I highly recommend it!!! We stayed in one of the apartments in the village, a real journey back in time! Spacious, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable beds (I have rarely slept in a bed like at home!), the bathroom is also comfortable. For breakfast you have to go down to the convent, I don't think it's even 100 metres, but I found it to be a pleasant morning walk! If you don't like morning walks, there are rooms at the convent too! For parking there is space for everyone, some parking just above the convent, 2/3 parking spaces immediately outside the entrance to the village, and then you can park along the walls of the village. We will confidently return here and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Umbria and relax in the meantime!

Among the most beautiful 2 days we have ever spent, lovely place, very kind staff, we ate a pizza in a fabulous pizzeria in Campello. We will definitely return

Welcoming and well-kept environment, revisited as an old convent but updated to a modern hotel and restaurant while preserving the beauty and essentiality of the past. Excellent food and high quality cuisine with a touch of modernity. The view is stupendous, the services are also suitable for disabled people and the courtesy of the staff is the quid pluris that makes the location truly exceptional. There is also the possibility of sleeping in mini apartments in the completely renovated ancient village (former castle).

I would define it as a 5-star hotel because it lacks nothing to define it as such. Everything, absolutely everything, deserves praise, from the staff, to the owners, to the place, to the welcome, to the cuisine, etc. etc. well done everyone

A corner of peace, between enchanting villages, Rasiglia, Spoleto, Bevagna, Assisi and Montefalco, all within easy reach. The room was basic but super clean and comfortable, with excellent products for the shower! The abundant breakfast includes home made cakes and tarts, juices, milk, yogurt, as well as croissants and savory products. The place offers a private spa with hydromassage pool and truly relaxing and intimate sauna and a wellness center with a wide choice of treatments, tried the Borgocampello Experience massage, a unique treatment! The staff, all of them, are truly helpful and patient, ready to meet every need and request. Possibility of access to the 4-legged friends and having reserved a room with direct access to the terrace/garden, even staying with the dog was easy to manage. Dinner in the hotel's restaurant is absolutely recommended! Thanks again for a two days of pure relaxation!

My husband and I spent a few days in this enchanting relais made up of a convent and a castle, all very suggestive. We had a really good time, the owners and all the staff are very kind, helpful and attentive to the guests' needs. The restaurant was excellent, the truffles, oil etc. were excellent. Highly recommended

A "precious" place to regenerate. The view over the Clitunno valley, the silence, the excellent cuisine and the wellness center (thank you Belinda!!) add further value to the Relais. Vincenzo and Daniela and all the Borgo Campello staff are the added value! We were "pampered" from the first to the last minute of our (too short) stay. We can't wait to return!

19/08/2024: In zona per acquisti da Domiziani, in base alle recensioni su TA prenotiamo qui. Piccola ma molto fornita enoteca; oltre ai vini ovviamente vari prodotti del territorio, olio, miele, formaggi, sughi, ecc…. Servizio veloce e curato, abbiamo preso un tagliere di affettati locali e strozzapreti fave e guanciale, tutto ottimo. Vino rosato al calice top. Prezzi in linea con il tipo di locale
17/08/2024: Attratti dalle ottime recensioni si decide per questa enoteca. Scelta azzeccatissima. Zuppe buonissime e saporite. Maialino e specialmente il cinghiale ottimi. Ho poi chiesto una mezza porzione di trippa (anche se non sono un amante ed intenditore) ho sentito che era molto buona e fresca. Infatti mi hanno detto che gli mettono un po’ di scorza di limone per la freschezza del piatto. Tutto ottimo. Conto forse un po’ oltre le aspettative dato che non abbiamo preso vino se non un calice. Da migliorare i tempi di attesa.

14/08/2024: During our holiday, on the advice of the manager of our stay, Le Case Di Lisetta, we had a delicious meal at Umbria D.O.C. twice. Fantastic place, delicious dishes from the area, fantastic Pasta, Tiramisu or Chocomousse, very friendly staff and a fantastic chef. Definitely recommended.
12/08/2024: A very hot evening in this heavy August that locks you in the house in the dark and with the air conditioner on. But the desire to go out prevails and this time it was worth it! We are located in the historic center of Mantignana in a small typical Umbrian stone village. A few houses overlooking a narrow street that opens into a final arch. Here in the summer the tables are prepared along the street to then find refuge in a internal room when autumn begins. The equipment is basic but of good taste and colour, the service is quick, courteous and discreet. The dishes are those of the Umbrian tradition with touches of originality and personal reinterpretation. The local raw materials are top quality, chosen with love, professionalism and research. Wide choice and excellent execution. Deconstructed parmigiana, overcooked wild boar in wine, pappardelle that spoke ... excellent choice of wines, all accompanied by advice and the friendly and competent presence of the good Diego who follows you throughout the meal. What can I say to try and try again in an always satisfying experience of taste, sight, smells but also of the heart...
