I don't give reviews to the rooms because I didn't sleep there but only ate and had a spa plus massage... Beautiful characteristic place, very romantic... Two flaws.... The first is that from the spa you have to go out into the cold from the massage room and come back in. Let's say that in the cold it's not the best.. The second time I purchased the 80 minute massage package for my husband each, the 40 minute massage was done while I was in the cloud bed... I was given 20 minutes... While he was in the cloud. .. I'm sorry because I took a 2 hour trip to relax....

The owners of the structure are helpful people and lovers of beauty, they have conveyed to us their passion for what they preserve with so much care. Spirituality in the Borgo di Campello Alto is perceived everywhere, it is in the air and tells us a lot about what it was historically when the convent was inhabited by nuns and monks who in an act of great humility dedicated their days to prayer and abandoning the superfluous. Beautiful Relais Borgo Campello structure, with many rooms available for various needs. Attentive and very friendly staff, clean environment with a strong attention to detail, abundant breakfast and an excellent rating also for the restaurant, definitely worth trying for those staying in the structure. Suitable place as a starting point for a tour of the various Umbrian villages or even just to relax for a few days, highly recommended.

Ristorante con potenzialità peccato che alcune portate avevano qualche piccolo difetto, tipo: le uova strapazzate al tartufo al palati risultavano un po’ troppo salate; la provola piuttosto gommosa e un tantino asciutta. Servizio attento, forse un po’ troppo presente. Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti, il prezzo pagato è risultato adeguato.

Ottima accoglienza e ottimo cibo. Abbiamo trascorso un bel fine settimana nel relais borgo campiello ed abbiamo cenato nel ristorante. Camerieri affabili e cortesi e buon cibo. Veramente notevole la vellutata di zucchine alla menta e la pappa al pomodoro. Una menzione speciale va alle torte della prima colazione.

Located on the top of a hill between Spoleto and Trevi, both the village and the convent offer a relaxing panorama! Not even an hour's drive from the main Umbrian cities, therefore convenient for travel. With both breakfast and dinner you feel pampered by the staff and chef Rosy's delicacies! Dinner is not included in the price, but I highly recommend it!!! We stayed in one of the apartments in the village, a real journey back in time! Spacious, equipped with every comfort, very comfortable beds (I have rarely slept in a bed like at home!), the bathroom is also comfortable. For breakfast you have to go down to the convent, I don't think it's even 100 metres, but I found it to be a pleasant morning walk! If you don't like morning walks, there are rooms at the convent too! For parking there is space for everyone, some parking just above the convent, 2/3 parking spaces immediately outside the entrance to the village, and then you can park along the walls of the village. We will confidently return here and I recommend it to anyone who wants to get to know Umbria and relax in the meantime!

Among the most beautiful 2 days we have ever spent, lovely place, very kind staff, we ate a pizza in a fabulous pizzeria in Campello. We will definitely return

Welcoming and well-kept environment, revisited as an old convent but updated to a modern hotel and restaurant while preserving the beauty and essentiality of the past. Excellent food and high quality cuisine with a touch of modernity. The view is stupendous, the services are also suitable for disabled people and the courtesy of the staff is the quid pluris that makes the location truly exceptional. There is also the possibility of sleeping in mini apartments in the completely renovated ancient village (former castle).

I would define it as a 5-star hotel because it lacks nothing to define it as such. Everything, absolutely everything, deserves praise, from the staff, to the owners, to the place, to the welcome, to the cuisine, etc. etc. well done everyone
