Very nice restaurant. Excellent service and good advice. The waitress was knowledgeable about gluten intolerance and was able to recommend gluten-free dishes. The menu features many regional specialties, such as snails and rabbit.
The mashed potatoes were superbly seasoned (with pesto?), and I'll order it again next time. The beef was very tender and delicious.

I didn't know the inn or the location, and what a surprise.
I received a warm welcome from the entire staff, and I could see their enthusiasm and desire to please their guests.
Molini di Triora is a picturesque and peaceful village with a past rich in mysteries... to be discovered without moderation.
The breakfast was good and plentiful, and the restaurant was amazing, with lots of local products, nothing but flavor and freshness!
OK, you only have two stars, but you really make them shine.

In the middle of little, beautiful Molini. I did not stay at the hotel but was delighted by the small shop that is part of the hotel: locally produced olive oil, delicious herbal salts made by the hosts with handpicked local herbs and much more. grazie mille!

We stayed here in May for our Liguria Cross. The rooms were okay, the dinner was excellent, with several courses. The staff was polite and friendly, and we had a lovely evening and a good breakfast!

Das Mittagessen war grandios! Wir hatten Nudeln die durch flambierten Käse gezogen wurden. Außerdem Kaninchen. Sehr lecker! Die Bewirtung unglaublich herzlich. Unser Sohn hatte sich das Knie verletzt und sie haben sich rührend gekümmert. Also wirklich ein tolles Restaurant!
