Typical and sincere restaurant in Roccamalatina, now managed by the daughter of the famous Santina. We took two borlenghi, 4 crescentine and some cold cuts (excellent) as a starter. Then two first courses, tagliatelle with ragù and mushrooms (to try) and passatelli with butter and truffle. With half a liter of grasparossa, water and coffee, we spent €27 each. Leaving definitely full, highly recommended!

I haven't had lunch at Santina's for some time, but it never disappoints expectations. Fantastic tortellini in broth, excellent tagliatelle with ragù (homemade pasta), delicious roasts and boiled meats. Try the homemade blueberry shortcrust pastry sweets. The amaro they produce is also good. Room service from the two girls was positive, fast and detailed information on the various dishes.

The Trattoria / Pensione "Da Santina" is a place from times gone by.
Simple dishes of the Emilian tradition of incredible goodness.
The fresh pasta is homemade by the women who "roll the dough".
The rooms are also simple but absolutely dignified.
A fixed point for those who want tranquility and good food

Oggi 14 Luglio siamo andati in 2 a pranzo al ristorante Santina. È la prima volta, siamo stati contentissimi.Borleghi come non avevamo mai mangiato...troppo buoni. Tortelli ai funghi 🍄 porcini una squisitezza.Gnocco e tigelle altrettanto buoni.Avevano anche la carne alla griglia. o preparata in altri modi....noi però volevamo gnocco tigelle e borlenghi.Soddisfattissimi.Personale gentilissimo....Consigliamo questo ristorante.

Ristorante scoperto per caso, cucina ottima con prodotti freschi.
Abbiamo preso un tagliare di affettati con gnocchi, una tagliatella con ragù di cinghiale spettacolare e per concludere una grigliata mista con della carne ottima.
Personale gentile e disponibile veramente consigliato per chi vuole gustare una cucina con piatti tipici Assolutante buonissimi .
