Great location. Very quiet. Clean rooms and obviously very fresh. Breakfast was average, nothing exceptional but you have to consider that it is not a 4 star so it is fine

It's a great way to experience living in a cave! If you're in Matera, it's a great place. It's well-staffed, clean, and has a good breakfast! It might be a bit difficult to get to, but with the help of Google Maps, you can get there.

Lovely, clean room. In the center of the Sassi di Barisano with a breathtaking view. Even though it was a cave without windows there was no smell of humidity. Mr. Vincenzo was an exquisite person.

12/11/2024: Very friendly lady waitress not only explained all the dishes we asked but gave us a small free cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Also, we ordered the seafood pasta but was mistakenly prepared with something else. It was not charged as well. Excellent service!

12/07/2025: Excellent beachfront property. Clean, renovated, and spacious rooms. 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 dog stayed. Excellent food from the pizzeria to the restaurant. Super-abundant breakfast with fresh produce every morning. Unforgettable Apulian focaccia! Extremely kind, friendly, and helpful staff. We felt pampered, just like at home! Once again, a heartfelt thank you to all the staff for taking care of our dog Crodino during the fire that broke out in Metaponto and bringing him back safe and sound to the collection points. Thankfully, good people still exist!!! We highly recommend it!!! A big hug from Cinzia, Beppe, Andrea, and Crodino ♡
09/07/2025: We ate at the restaurant, the fish was good and the chips were excellent, but the place seemed stuck in the 80s. The cover charge was very expensive for what was offered.
