Ristorante San Lorenzo In Chiavenna

Everything was very nice, the waiters were very kind and patient, the rooms were clean and spacious and the food was phenomenal, not to mention the fantastic view.

The atmosphere here is great. Nice and calm. Service was good. Friendly and polite staff. Serving was fast. Pizza was ok, but a bit overpriced. Also there is a hidden service fee, 2€ per person, not mentioned anywhere. So our quick stop for 14€ pizza cost us 18€ in total. Not easy to find parking. Smoking is allowed at tables outside, and everyone does.

They welcomed us even though we hadn't booked and it was after 8:30 PM. We dined, opting for traditional dishes like sciatt, pizzoccheri, and a traditional appetizer. We enjoyed the dishes, especially the braised beef, which was truly flavorful. Good value, around €40 per person. Quick and professional service.

Sono stato qualche giorno fa' in questo simpatico ristorante, mi trovavo a Chiavenna di passaggio, avevo letto delle buone recensioni, cosi ho voluto provare.. che Dire le ragazze al servizio gentili , discrete e simpatiche, io ho ordinato dei pizzoccheri valtellinesi, molto buoni e cremosi, accompagnati da una eccellente pesteda.. vino rosso della casa eccezionale... se siete in zona non perdetevi questo ristorante.. la prossima volta proverò la pizza .. grazie e alla prossima Alessandro Mirabelli

Excellent experience, quality at the right price

Das Restaurant befindet sich in der Nähe des Bahnhofs bzw. Bushaltestelle. Es hat bei schönem Wetter eine Terrasse im freien. Die Auswahl war gross genug, es wird Pasta, Pizzas und auch Fleisch angeboten. Der Service war freundlich und prompt. Preislich für Italien sicherlich etwas höher, aber erklärbar zur Nähe der Schweizer Grenze. War eine gute Wahl für unser Mittagessen.

High prices for what is offered. Family 2 adults and 2 children. I took veal knot, 2 pizzoccheri, a single appetizer, a large salad, a beer and 1 water. 102 euros. Terrible salad. The rest pretty good. Poor starter for costing 17 euros.
