Lo staff è molto cordiale, elegante e formale. La struttura è curata. Abbiamo pranzato nella sala con ampie vetrate e bellissima vista sulle colline. La qualità era ottima. Menzione speciale per il risotto con i carciofi.

Quando la Perfezione esiste ! Esperienza più che bella! Amo mangiare bene, amo il servizio impeccabile! Tutto perfetto dall'inizio alla fine e mi sono detta: "San Genesio, altro che San Valentino! Era tanto che volevamo provare la vera ristorazione, esperienza di gusti, di stile ed eleganza. Tutto qui! Davvero, meritate tutto . Spero che questo posto continui ad essere apprezzato perché chi ci lavora la dentro da tutto se stesso. Vi ringraziamo !

We can say that it was an experience that goes beyond simply "going to dinner". This restaurant manages to combine traditional cuisine with a touch of refinement that makes it unique. Let's start with the dishes: we ordered the plin, small masterpieces of stuffed pasta that melt in your mouth. The agnolotti? Simply perfect, with a balance of flavors that denotes great attention to detail. The veal, then, was a revelation: tender, succulent, cooked with a precision that only true masters can achieve. The grand finale arrived with the tarte tatin, a real treat for the palate, served hot and with that caramelized crust that is poetry. To top it all off, an excellent glass of Nebbiolo: elegant and harmonious, exactly what was needed to accompany a meal of this level. And to finish, an artisanal amaro that made the digestive moment perfect. The service is impeccable: discreet but always present and available. If you are looking for a place where cuisine meets the beauty of the landscape and attention to the customer, I recommend it.
