Very pleasant place, very friendly staff. Pets are welcome. Refined food and excellent vegetarian options on every menu. Good wine list. Good value for money. A plus: the distance between tables is adequate for privacy. A small tip: ask in advance about the wonderful welcome plates and amuse-bouche, including any culinary preferences or intolerances. An excellent restaurant to visit often.

What was supposed to be a last-minute dinner—hoping it would be open—turned into a truly gastronomic experience. In the middle of a heavy storm, we received excellent, traditional service and a superbly prepared pigeon. The appetizers, amuse-bouches, bread, and sweets—including a watermelon granita—were also fantastic. The wine recommendation from the maître d', who introduced us to a local wine, was spot on! A top-notch address, and next time we're in the area, we'll go for the full experience.

The San Genesio restaurant offers high-quality service in terms of professionalism, hospitality, ambiance, ingredients, and the deliciousness of the dishes and their presentation. We personally had a wonderful culinary and convivial experience. Are the prices moderately high? Yes, of course, but absolutely justified.

Balanced and well-crafted menu. "Do it, don't overdo it," could be the motto. The dishes are clean, linear, but never banal. Great attention is paid to cooking methods, raw materials, and the local area. In short, a fantastic blend of tradition and innovation. Simone in the dining room and Gianni in the kitchen, along with their kitchen staff, welcome you with a warm and professional atmosphere. A stunning location, we definitely recommend. It's a pleasure to be surprised: This delightful restaurant deserves much more than just my many grateful stars. The pleasure of being welcomed and escorted to your meticulously prepared table is complemented by the presentation of a rich menu of traditional Piedmontese dishes, some revisited and updated for lightness and originality. Tajarin with San Genese pesto and the excellent risotto with Valchiusella toma or fig saba, agnolotti del plin, parmigiana, nostalgic finanziera, or Iberian pork cheek... these are just some of the dishes that please the eye and the palate. The Malvasia zabaglione tart, followed by gianduja mousse, zuppa inglese, or fresh seasonal fruit sorbets complete a satisfying journey of taste and attention to detail. The wine list is extensive, and the location offers both a romantic outdoor view of the Turin hills and intimate, refined dining rooms inside. Fantastic restaurant in a beautiful location. A luxury restaurant with a very reasonable price by Dutch standards. We enjoyed almost every course, and it was fantastic with excellent service. If you're looking for a more luxurious meal, don't miss this one.

Pranzo in famiglia, profumo di pulito, vista spettacolare sulla valle, servizio premuroso e professionale, ambiente formale ma non troppo. I piatti bellissimi e buonissimi, cucina di ricerca e buona al palato, fiori, colori, profumi insoliti ben accordati.... Ingredienti locali e di prima qualità mischiati ad essenze venute da lontano. E poi diverse coccole offerte dal ristorante quali due entratine sofisticate e due dolcetti. Buon calice di erbaluce. Il conto alla fine è giusto anche perché esci sazio e soddisfatto. Tornerò sicuramente.

I was in this restaurant on a Sunday for lunch on the occasion of a wedding and I can speak highly of it. A reserved car park is available for customers immediately next door for approximately more than a dozen cars, alternatively there is a large car park in a lay-by 5 minutes away on foot (descent/ascent). The waiters immediately proved available for every request. The location offers an excellent outdoor area with a view, while the internal space is welcoming and intimate also in terms of volume. The menu is excellent, with a note of merit for the risotto with honey-glazed quail and caramelised shallots. I can't judge the costs as I was a guest at the wedding, but otherwise recommended!
