Ristorante San Francisco In Dorgali

Hotel San Francisco is a really nice place. We felt well-cared from the very beginning, and were given very good instructions on how to get to the hotel (we received a very helpful video). The communication with the staff was fantastic – we arrived in Cala Gonone really late but Mr. Maurizio was waiting for us and kept in touch with us, for which we were truly grateful. The room was very comfortable and very clean, the staff kept the rooms very clean. Breakfast outside was very pleasant, with a beautiful view, very close to the sea. Mr. Maurizio was truly helpful with every issue – from small tips about the location to attractions around Cala Gonone. The location is excellent; despite the lack of parking directly at the hotel, finding a parking space nearby was never a problem – we were also very grateful for the staff's tips. We also highly recommend ice cream – the best in all Cala Gonone! We hope to return to this beautiful place, and if we do, we will definitely choose the Hotel San Francisco, where we could truly relax. Greetings Magda & Marek

Hotel just steps from Cala Gonone's main beach. An excellent compromise, within walking distance of all the main amenities (supermarket, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, tobacconist, etc.). Ideal for those who want to relax (without worrying about driving, given the abundance of paid and free parking) or go on excursions of all kinds. Rooms equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning! A generous breakfast, and the staff are always available to answer any questions!

Great experience – we'd love to come back! My daughter and I stayed at this hotel in Cala Gonone a week ago and are completely satisfied. Even the communication during the booking process was smooth and very friendly. The hotel's location is perfect – both the beach and the town center are just a few minutes away. Very central, yet quiet. The breakfast was small but absolutely sufficient: There was cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs, a selection of cakes, as well as coffee and tea – all fresh and delicious. Upon request, breakfast was always quickly replenished. Our room was cleaned daily – everything was always clean and tidy. The air conditioning in our first room wasn't working, but the problem was solved immediately and easily – we were given another room right away. A big plus for the fast and professional service! The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. A special thank you goes to Maurizio for his warm manner and the perfect organization of the transfer to and from the airport. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back! 😍

Good hotel with restaurant 100m from the port of Cala Gonone

Consigliati dal gestore del nostro hotel ci siamo recati in questo ristorante che, sebbene non collocato sul bel lungomare del paese, merita assolutamente un plauso. L’antipasto di seppie, carciofi e bottarga era buonissimo, lo scorfano arrosto consigliatoci dal gestore cucinato egregiamente. Mi piace inoltre far notare l’onestà dello stesso gestore nell’essere discreto e non pressante nel voler imporre a tutti i costi qualcosa al cliente, non tutti hanno questa qualità. Aggiungo infine che anche il personale di sala è meritevole di complimenti per la giovialità e per i sorrisi dispensati durante tutta la serata. Bravi tutti!!!

Incluso durante la temporada baja, el lugar estaba lleno la noche que cenamos aquí. También había un gran grupo de lugareños (generalmente una buena señal) , pero mucho ruido que perturbaba el ambiente. Aunque parezcan poco personal, logramos que nos sirvieran en un momento relativamente bueno y de manera amable, la pizza estaba buena, y también mis raviolis, seguidos de una sabrosa crema catalana y un tiramisú, que sin embargo estaba un poco seco. En general, una buena experiencia, pero esperaba algo mejor.
