The food is delicious. The seafood is excellently prepared and generously portioned in every dish. It’s true, it’s not cheap, but it’s definitely worth it! Delicious! We highly recommend it.

Years pass, but Salus is still Salus, at times romantic, at times modern. The ice cream is excellent, and the service staff are always attentive. We still love it, a lot! It's expensive, but that's the right thing to do...

We stopped for two ice creams and a drink, and were well received. Along with our order, we received sparkling water, an appetizer, peanuts, and chips! The place is quite quiet and pleasant. I recommend it!

25/08/2023: Ristorante del campeggio bisogna prenotare per la cena altrimenti si rischia di non trovare posto. Proposte di mare e di terra e pizze. La vista è meravigliosa.

08/08/2025: On the Latina coast, this is, in my opinion, one of the top restaurants for service and quality, a small gem in the local restaurant scene. Excellent, always fresh food, carefully prepared, and served by knowledgeable, friendly staff. The atmosphere is intimate, understated yet elegant, and very pleasant in the air-conditioned setting... and there's a wide selection of wines. Well done, keep it up!
