Excellent in every way; very welcoming, polite and kind staff.

Everything was delicious and well-kept. Impeccable and non-invasive service, quality and well-kept food, wonderful atmosphere. They even brought my girlfriend (a celiac) special bread and offered all the options suitable for her. Excellent wine list! We also complimented the chefs because the ventresca and the dentex were perfect.

On the Marciana Marina seafront with a suggestive view of the port and towards the sunset, quiet pedestrian area, the outdoor tables are very comfortable, you are welcomed with courtesy and professionalism, all the staff pays a lot of attention to customers. The food is of excellent quality as are the wines. The prices are consistent with the location, the service and the food served. Positive experience that we recommend.

If you love fresh fish cooked with care and passion, this restaurant is a must. As soon as you enter you are welcomed by an elegant but not pretentious atmosphere, with attentive and friendly staff that makes you feel at home immediately. We are a family with 2 8 year old twins docked in Marciana Marina after a last minute decision during our sailing holiday. We got off the boat and took a walk around and among the many there were attracted by Sale Grosso and we sat there. Excellent welcome and kindness. I open the menu and among the dishes I see written I seem to understand that I can't get the children to eat... a moment of panic.. and the owner very kindly perceives my concern and in no time at all manages to resolve everything by giving me advice on the dishes and calming my anxiety.. we took the orzotto with cream of shrimp and shrimp tartare... a wonderful thing.. that everyone liked, even the children!! Fish fillet in white with home made sauces and courgettes that were really good.. We ate everything in that case too.. Congratulations really for the excellent quality and tasty food with fair prices... and congratulations for having been able to discreetly manage my "problem"... If we return to Marciana... we will return to Sale Grosso!! Highly recommended 🥰

Lunch for two, attentive, friendly, precise service. Good food, well presented, all the dishes ordered were to our taste. Bill: in our opinion correct, we would return without a doubt.

Very good restaurant, different dishes from the usual and super fresh and delicious fish. Food portions a little small or normal, not abundant. Very prepared and helpful staff, nice location in front of the sea. Price slightly above average but worth it for a dinner with a sea view and excellent fish

Location curata, staff gentile e attento ma sopratutto, ottima la qualità dei piatti offerta. Oltre la scelta della materia prima colpisce la cura profusa nell’impiattamento. Buoni i dolci. Consiglio!
