If you want to find the freshest fish with a service that focuses on quality in tradition, you can't miss coming here. Informal, simple but fantastic environment. Amazing grilled fish and calamari. I highly recommend it. Optimal

Very rustic place, the name suits it. Simple fish dishes at 20 euros each, really cheap and good fish. Lovely service from the owners who have run it for 50 years

Exquisite produce cooked to perfection, amazing hospitality and lovely surroundings in the garden for dinner. Ideal place for fresh local seafood (mussels, clams and calamari) and steak, beautifully done. The seafood spaghetti had a delicious sauce, and the penne alla norma was wonderful. €15 per person for three course set menu with drinks! Our hosts were wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Grazie mille - we'll definitely come back next time we're in Avola!

We walked in and the place was empty. We were served by a very friendly older gentleman who recommended the octopus and the pasta with mussels and clams. Everything homemade and fresh. Highly recommended.

03/01/2025: Appena entri scopri un ambiente curato e un design ricercato: colori, forme e linee ben accostati dalla mano di qualcuno di esperto. Cucina a vista. Vieni servito da persone gentili e preparate. Menù da poche portate, ma dai sapori tradizionali in chiave rivisitata: come ad esempio l’uovo alla carbonara, una goduria per il palato. Nota dolente: nel menù ho trovato eccessivo l’uso del finocchietto selvatico un po’ ovunque (a me non piace). Il conto è in linea con la qualità del cibo, l’ambiente in cui sei e il servizio che ti riservano. Con il vino il conto lievita.
26/09/2024: Location bellissima sia interna che esterna, cibo ottimo con materie prime a km 0 e servizio top.. Bellissimo posto,ci ritorneremo molto volentieri. Super consigliatissimo !

25/12/2024: I was deeply disappointed being your customer. I made the reservation a month and a half ago for Christmas lunch, I had to leave because of how they had located the table with air current and continuous passage of waiters and customers.....I kindly asked the dining room staff if we could change places he replied that the tables were set by now....what kind of work did he have to do to remove two place settings from a table for four....I'm sorry for inappropriate behavior
15/12/2024: Locale situato su una collina raggiungibile dopo una serie di curve e tornanti, che offrono un panorama mozzafiato. Dal parcheggio del locale si possono ammirare i laghetti di Cavagrande. L'ambiente è rustico ma accogliente. Personale cortese e disponibile. Ottimi gli antipasti, con una grande varietà di prodotti, serviti al piatto per ogni commensale. Molto buoni i primi di pasta. Buone anche i secondi piatti, in special modo le quaglie, tutto rigorosamente alla brace. Buono anche il vino della casa. Buonissimi i dolci, soprattutto la cheesecake ai gelsi neri. Prezzi leggermente superiori alla media.
