T-bone steak is said to be their signature dish and is said to be soft, so I ordered it medium-cooked, but there were some stringy parts so it was quite tough, but the quality of the meat was good.
I ordered pasta with a variety of clams, mussels, and shrimp, and the seasoning was just right, which was good. However, the clam shells got chewed once or twice, so I spit it out, but it was still delicious.
I went during early lunch time on a weekday, and I ate right away. The staff visited often and took good care of me.
Espresso and tiramisu are also great👍
Okay, here's a shorter, more human take on Rosso
Seriously good Italian food and wine, just a hop, skip, and a jump from the Duomo! We loved it. You can taste the real Italy in their dishes, and they've got a great wine selection to go with it. Plus, being so close to the Duomo makes it super easy to find and a perfect spot to soak up the Florence vibes. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Everything was litterally perfect from the chefs that worked there to the food and the place. The chef that was teaching my groupe hoe to make pasta and tiramusù was so nice and real. I could recomand every person that goes to Firenze to go there and see for themselves. (It was the best thing I did in Firenze even though we literally went through the whole city with my class)

Durante la mia gita a Firenze ho scelto di cenare da rosso crudo Firenze, un locale molto accogliente e caratteristico.
Il menu vario e ricco di specialità tipiche del posto. Abbiamo scelto un menù singolo che prevedeva come antipasto delle bruschette con i tipici fegatini toscani, il calice di vino Chianti, un taglio di Fiorentina da 700 g e delle patate al forno e come primo i tipici pici toscani conditi cacio e pepe.
Pasta fresca, qualità ottima, personale attento e gentile. Atmosfera rilassante.
Prezzo ottimo, noi avevamo prenotato con the fork e avevamo il 20% di sconto. Ma in generale prezzi accessibili.

Este lugar es increíble! Disfrutamos de una suntuosa comida de 4 platos a un precio razonable. El bistec estaba excepcionalmente bueno, al igual que el plato de charcutería, pasta, patatas y un postre único de biscotti bañado en un vino dulce. Nuestro camarero, Massimiciano, era amable, atento, servicial y amable. No nos sentimos en absoluto apresurados y disfrutamos de nuestra tranquila cena de 3 horas con nada más que sonrisas y atención a nuestras necesidades de Massimiciano.
