Ristorante Rosati Colle Fiorito La Loggia dei Portali In Perugia

We had dinner a few evenings ago in this restaurant surrounded by greenery. I think the place should be experienced during the day and in the warmer periods, given the immense green space around, but in any case the experience was nice all the same. Rustic location with a beautiful fireplace and wine barrels as a backdrop. We relied completely on the staff, who served us a hot appetizer made up of various delicacies (see photo), tagliatelle with ragú with cream and truffle, grilled meat, lamb and veal morsels with truffle. All very good and the portions were generous. Friendly and helpful staff, service was quite fast. Large private parking available outdoors.

Collefiorito is not just any restaurant. It is a sensorial experience, a journey that takes you straight to the heart. Extraordinary location, refined dishes and courtesy and care of all the staff. Mr. Enrico with his family welcomes you as if you were the most important guest. We go back whenever we can. And when we leave we always leave a piece of our heart.
