Roman cuisine and excellent pizza

The seating is very comfortable, with a view through a glass wall of the former papal escape route from the Vatican to Castel Sant'Angelo. The menu is well-stocked. The dishes are lovingly prepared. The service is very attentive.

We were recommended this restaurant by our host. We had such a lovely late dinner here. The lasagna was amazing and the staff were so happy to look after us. One waiter, we did not catch his name, was so happy to work there making jokes and singing to us. Lovely atmosphere and full of locals.

This typically Roman-style restaurant is located near St. Peter's Square on a side street of Pio Borgo. The food is simply delicious and surprisingly affordable. Good wines complement the experience. The ambiance is modern yet still typically Roman. The staff, especially Micki, is excellent, always friendly and attentive to the well-being of their guests. Their wine recommendations can be trusted without question.

Excellent experience in one of the most beautiful settings in Rome

An absolutely stunning dining experience from start to finish. Each dish had its own character and every bite felt thoughtful and refined. We began with ham and buffalo cheese that was simple yet bursting with fresh flavor. The buffalo cheese was incredibly creamy with a delicate sweetness and just the right touch of tanginess that balanced the saltiness of the ham perfectly. It melted beautifully on the tongue and set the tone for what followed. The fried calamari was crisp and tender while the spinach stuffed ravioli in tomato sauce was comforting and vibrant. Our choice of Pinot Grigio matched the meal beautifully lifting every taste. To finish the panna cotta and tiramisu were light silky and truly memorable. A place that shows real respect for ingredients and honest Italian cooking.

A stone's throw from San Pietro, this trattoria is a real discovery: a welcoming environment, frequented by both tourists and Romans - a sign that you eat really well here - the traditional Roman dishes are cooked to perfection: you absolutely have to try the rigatoni with coda alla vaccinara and the ricotta and sour cherry tart. The staff is very kind and helpful, the prices are fair especially considering the area. An authentic place where you always want to return.

Everything was so nice we returned for a second day in a row. The fried vegetables were the best we had in Italy.

Per il mio compleanno ci siamo recati a roma a vedere il circle de soleis e con l'occasione abbiamo deciso di fermarci a pranzo. Questo ristorante c'è stato consigliato daldegli amici di roma ehi veramente siamo stati soddisfatti al 100% il locale molto carino, il servizio efficiente e i titolari sono simpatici così come i camerieri i piatti sono spettacolari abbiamo peso un antipasto in 2 un cacio pepe un navirigatoni con la coda alla vaccinara delle polpette E la trippa poi un carciofo giudia e un carciofo dolce dino abbiamo speso cento euro in due. Cucinato tutto in maniera sublime lo consiglio vivamente complimenti noi ci ritorneremo di sicuro

Un locale molto bello in zona Borgo Pio, a pochi passi dalla Basilica di San Pietro. Unisce cucina romana ad altre tradizioni. La qualità è molto alta. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale cortese, disponibile e gentile
