Good restaurant with good food. Tasty antipasti. The Tonnarelli alla carbonara was good but a little salty, while the Mezzemaniche con ragù di nonna were superb! ☺️ Generous portions!

I remember it being a place with a certain history and care, but lately it's been neglected and the quality has dropped. It's a shame because I have fond memories of the past. The service has also changed significantly, and the atmosphere has faded a bit. It could regain the same care it once had if it realized its customers might be less than satisfied. The staff could also be more competent and less improvised.

I found a great restaurant in Rome. I searched online for a restaurant near my hotel that looked good. I showed up without a reservation, but the staff welcomed me warmly. All the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely come back.

The people here were lovely and spoke English, and very helpful. We decided to sit outside and the seating outside was quite uncomfortable. Sadly the food was not great, the homemade pasta was good but the cream was pooled at the bottom of the cacio y pepe with massive clumps of parm swimming in it. We were recommended this place for pizza which we did not try but the pasta is definitely not a get again.

Amazing! I can not say anything else. I was so surprised with how good the self made pasta and flavour of the carbonara was. 5+ stars if it was possible to put more.

We came for a late dinner right after checking into Rome, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious, and the limoncello was pure poetry. 🫠 I highly recommend it!

Choice of white wine, excellent fresh pasta with cheese and pepper (pasta cacio e pepe, in Italian) is a traditional culinary specialty of Italian cuisine, originating from Rome and Lazio, made with pasta, black pepper, and pecorino romano cheese, but with a touch of parmesan at Paco's, which cooks perfectly. Thank you and perfect value for money too.
