Probably the best AYCE sushi I've tried so far in Turin. Very fresh dishes, high quality and without the need to mask the fish with strange sauces like in competing restaurants. The service is always exceptional, both from the dining room and the kitchen. Very quick in bringing the dishes. The only flaw is having to write down the dishes to be criticized by word of mouth, it would certainly be more convenient to implement sheets and pens like in other restaurants. Very well-kept and clean environment, always elegant.
