Beautiful Tuscan Villas with gorgeous views 360 degrees around. Free buffet breakfast every morning and an on-site upscale restaurant for dinner. Gorgeous sunset views, a nice pool and grounds for walking. Somewhat isolated from other shopping and dining options, so a rental car is really needed. Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Montepulciano, Castellini di Chianti all within easy day-trip adventures.

A Tuscan Dream Come True! Relais Riserva di Fizzano is truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Chianti countryside. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the incredibly warm and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel like part of the family. Whether it was assisting with local recommendations, organizing wine tastings, or simply greeting us with a smile, the team was exceptional. The location is breathtaking—surrounded by rolling vineyards, olive groves, and panoramic views that capture the magic of Tuscany. The sunsets and sunrises here are nothing short of spectacular. The accommodation is spacious, beautifully restored, and full of character, blending medieval charm with modern comfort. We loved the peaceful gardens, the refreshing pool overlooking the valley, and the serene chapel that adds a special touch to the property. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant, which offers gourmet Tuscan cuisine made with fresh, local ingredients. Dining on the patio with a glass of Chianti Classico was a perfect way to end each day. The breakfast buffet was also delightful, with plenty of variety and quality. Riserva di Fizzano is the perfect choice. We can't wait to return! Highly recommended – 5 stars!

This was our second stay at Relais Riserva di Fizzano. Each of the rooms there are unique and comfortable. While is is a shortish drive from Castellina in Chianti, it is well worth it for the lovely breakfasts and the service. The sunset views over the vineyards and the breakfast view of San Giminiano are priceless. Ilaria, Sonia and Ana all go above and beyond to make their guest's stay there wonderful and memorable. We have already booked our return for next year and can't wait to be back. Grazie mille ladies.

The location is truly good. The sunrise and sunset views are lovely, but that's the case almost everywhere in Tuscany at this type of property. In my opinion, the greenery should be improved, the pool should be kept clean, and the breakfast should definitely be improved. €300 per night isn't cheap, but the breakfast is mediocre and monotonous. Paying for a soft-boiled egg or an omelet is excessive.

The most amazing location in the heart of Tuscany. At Relais Riserva di Fizzano you are guaranteed breathtaking views and service that is truly 10/10. Breakfast covers most needs, and the dinner at the restaurant is nothing short of outstanding – it honestly doesn’t get better than this. The room was in classic, older Italian style and perfectly fine. Unfortunately, the bed in our room (no. 10 or 11) was terrible – completely collapsed springs and impossible to sleep on, so I had to spend half the nights on the sofa instead. This really needs to be improved. However we are for sure coming back.

Wonderfully located on top of a hill with perfect sundset views framed by the famous hills of the Chianti region, this gem of an apartment hotel was our base for a week in summer. We enjoyed the exceptional hospitality of the staff, especially Ilaria, the nice pool and the good food in the adjacent restaurant. At the reception, they helped us with everything from little support with the apartment to recommendations for family activities and restaurants, all while kids were playing with the toys provided by the hotel. It’s perfect for day trips to nearby Castellina in Chianti (10 mins), Siena (25 mins), or any of the numerous nice vineyards. The rooms are spacious and very good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back.

This villa in Tuscany is just magical! The sunsets are so stunning they literally take your breath away! The food was delicious, the staff super friendly, and the whole place has such a warm, authentic vibe. Our apartment was big, cozy and full of charm. Everything about our stay was wonderful, and I would come back in a heartbeat. Truly an unforgettable experience in Tuscany! ♥️

A wonderful experience for my entire family at Relais Riserva di Fizzano. The view, the food, the wine, the relaxation and of course, the staff made it all come together.
