Ristorante Rifugio PortaFranca In San marcello pistoiese

I stayed at the Porta Franca refuge for lunch and dinner, staying in a shared room! What can I say? A wonderful experience, made even more so by the generous and kind welcome we received from the CAI volunteers! They were attentive and thoughtful, and I must say, very friendly! Honorable mention goes to Mrs. Cinzia and the other chef (forgive me, I don't remember her name) who delighted us with delicious dishes! Thanks also to our contact Alessandro, especially for the strudel he gave me for the return trip! Thank you so much!

A lovely place to stop for a bite to eat or grab something to eat directly at the refuge. The food is spectacular and delicious.

I had the opportunity to be hosted during a storm together with some of my friends (there were 7 of us). Not only did they welcome us kindly and let us sit in the warmth while it was pouring with rain outside, but they also allowed us to consume our stuff and then obviously we consumed something, but I was pleasantly surprised, I recommend it. Thanks for everything.
