Cozy and quiet place, very good food and desserts too, to come back

The only place in the area where you can eat something, and they rightly take advantage of it. The menu prices aren't generally high, but what isn't specified is that they don't serve portions, but samples. The pasta dishes are tiny, ditto the porchetta... As for the quality of the dishes, it's a no-no: I wasn't crazy about the ravioli with meat sauce, the pappardelle with chestnuts, gorgonzola, and pears were good, but I couldn't taste the chestnuts, gorgonzola, or pears. Let's leave the porchetta alone: ​​I lived in Lazio for many years, and porchetta (even the one from Ariccia) is something else entirely. Finally, we tried some traditional ricotta-based tarts and cakes, and they weren't bad. I would have liked to try the cheesecake, but honestly, €6 for a mini portion, no way!

We arrived at the Oasis for the hike to the hermitage. We made the round trip from the Oasis in just under an hour, after finding the hermitage closed. On our way back to the Oasis, we stopped for a fruit juice and shared our frustration with the owner. We learned that we could simply ask him for the keys and open the hermitage ourselves! Laughter and tears were abundant! :D

This restaurant is located in an enchanting spot, with a breathtaking view of the Vagli Lake valley, framed by the high mountains in the background. The staff were truly friendly and helpful, the service excellent, the platter of cured meats and crostini mixed, and the delicious pappardelle with leeks and sausage.

A welcoming place; we only stopped for a drink, but looking at the dishes coming out, they looked very appetizing. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely stop for lunch. Capocatino is a wonderful place, with breathtaking views.
