Exceptional spa and excellent breakfast, both à la carte and buffet. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money. The only drawback is the room, which is a bit small and has dated furnishings.

As always, everything was very comfortable and clean. I've had the massage/cosmetic treatments several times. There, too, it was very clean and tidy, and the treatments were performed with great dedication. Many thanks to Teresa.

We stayed at the Regina Adelaide for a week. The hotel is an oasis, even in the peak summer season. Beautiful garden, fantastic outdoor pool, very aesthetic spa area, cozy and stylish ambiance in the bar lounge, and a nice and clean room. The breakfast was excellent as always, the desserts are unbeatable, and dinner was of the usual high standard. While the service at dinner was very friendly and accommodating, the reception staff seemed extremely reserved and unhelpful.

Everything was perfect – from the inquiry, quote, and booking to the on-site support! A very beautiful place in the heart of Garda. Mostly older guests from England, who were quiet and unobtrusive. We booked a superior room in a package with half board and massages. The room is very large and spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space, and the bathroom is also very large. We don't normally book half board on Lake Garda, BUT it's definitely worth it. If you book half board, you get an excellent breakfast, which you can also enjoy outside on the terrace. Dinner is a 4-course menu with a salad and cheese buffet and a dessert buffet from the hotel's own pastry shop – a dream! The staff is very friendly and tries to fulfill all your wishes. We always found a free lounger at the outdoor pool, and the pool bar served very good snacks throughout the day. The massages were also very good – a big thank you to Teresa and Elisa (hopefully we remembered their names correctly!)! Free parking is available right next to the hotel. You can borrow very good bikes for free. EXCELLENT value for money! We are thrilled and will definitely return!

Wow, we had a fantastic 10 day stay, it’s a lovely hotel in a great location with an excellent team making the guests time there relaxing and peaceful. The pool was great, the food excellent and our room was lovely, we had just an all round great experience. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to return one day. If you are considering staying just do it, you won’t regret it.
