Excellent 4-star L hotel in a central location in Garda, with on-site parking, a top-notch restaurant under the guidance of chef Andrea Costantini, a delicious breakfast, and attentive and caring staff, always kind and helpful, despite the stress of the impeccable and unforgettable New Year's Eve dinner. The wellness center and spa area includes a Turkish bath, two saunas at different temperatures, a herbal tea area, a relaxation area, and three pools (cold, warm, and hot water). In short, an unforgettable New Year's Eve holiday. Thank you.

A fairly pretentious hotel, but rather dated and worn in many areas. Excellent service, exquisite staff. The spa area is very beautiful. However, claiming to be a 4-star superior hotel, many aspects need improvement: Breakfast, the desserts, are paltry and not very good. Room decor is completely lacking, a small welcome, and even the bathroom is lacking. The carpet is perhaps the worst part, stained and worn in many places. As for the restaurant, there's a mix of light and shade, but perhaps we didn't understand the philosophy.

Best stay I've had in years. My sincere compliments to the staff (including the beauty center staff), the wonderful and well-stocked spa, the perfect location (with parking included), and the elegant rooms. Nothing more is needed for a perfect vacation.

I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and baby; the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were lovely, large, and very clean. We'd love to come back! Thank you for three wonderful days!

Wonderful. The hotel felt like home, from the minute we stepped in. The rooms & stunning & very clean. The service is immaculate, the room service was spectacular & they even came in the evening to check up on us & if we were not home, they even prepped the room for bedtime. I was working from the hotel, and the wifi was great. The breakfast was incredible, plenty of options of pastries, fruit, hams and cheeses. You can also order different kind of eggs freshly made. As for the restaurant within the hotel, it was really good, a dining experience with 2 courses & dessert, food was delicious. Throughout any breakfast or dinner there was a waiter that we really loved, he was super kind & gentle with us even throughout our slow decision making, wanted to give him a shoutout. Finally, the most wonderful is the spa downstairs. It's included in the price of the hotel, has 3 saunas, 2 dry & one wet. A hot tub, a cold tub, a pool & two resting rooms. It was fantastic, like a luxury spa but in the basement of the hotel. An absolute must, we went every single day during the stay. Recommend this hotel to everyone, we will be back.

Exceptional spa and excellent breakfast, both à la carte and buffet. Very friendly staff. Excellent value for money. The only drawback is the room, which is a bit small and has dated furnishings.
