I've been a holidaymaker in San Benedetto del Tronto for at least four years, and while I'm looking forward to my summer vacation, I'm also eager to return to try Regina's cuisine. The food—fish, and only fish—is excellent, superb, and prepared simply but with great care. Francesca, the owner, is incredibly sweet and has an impressive memory. For years, she's remembered that my daughter doesn't like parsley in her spaghetti with clams. This is true customer service. The restaurant is sooooo beautiful. The decor is well-finished (from the tableware to the furnishings in the dining room and bathroom), and every space is exceptionally clean. Some waitresses, while clearly busy given the restaurant's high traffic, lack attention to service (e.g., requests with long waits and some unsolicited dishes referred to other orders). Perhaps the restaurant is noisy inside, and the chatter of nearby diners tends to drown out the conversations at the table. I saw that soundproofing was installed, but this measure probably needs improvement. The outside area, on the other hand, is absolutely perfect and extremely enjoyable (even without air conditioning, we always had a great time). Overall, the experience is absolutely worth trying because the fish is truly delicious and the price is (for a Bolognese person) ridiculously low, considering how affordable it is compared to other restaurants in the area (no offense intended). The raw appetizers (all of them!) and the tuna steak are definitely worth trying. The calamari skewers are so thick they look like clouds, and the roast is a seafood feast. A truly unmissable experience.

We came from Pescara as guests and were all surprised and satisfied by the freshness of the fish in your beautifully presented, flavorful dishes: the divine house appetizers, the excellent risotto, the tuna steak with a truly pleasing flavor, the mixed fried fish whose light oil and crispiness were noticeable. So this €25 menu offered to us by the birthday girl, a resident there and your client, surprised us. The location (bright and clean), with its marine and vintage theme, makes your restaurant a surefire stop for us the next time we return to S.B. The staff is extremely kind and fast. There is ample free parking, which is a bonus and takes the pressure off if you arrive before 8:00 PM. P.S.
