Very nice, very friendly and helpful waiters. One thing could be changed: it's very hot, but otherwise everything is impeccable.

After a full day of skiing, hungry and still feeling the adrenaline rush of the slopes, ten of us arrived at Quarto del Pozzo. We were looking for a place that would reconnect us, and we found it.
• A warm welcome, the kind that makes you feel right at home.
• Authentic and rich dishes, carefully prepared and served with an attention that is never a given when there are so many of you.
• Each course was a little surprise, perfect for recharging your batteries after the snow.
• To top it all off, the Malandrino wine, which accompanied the dinner with character and pleasure, making the table even more cheerful.
The result was a splendid evening: good food, excellent company, and a place that truly knows how to pamper its guests.
Quarto del Pozzo is one of those places that makes you say, "We'll be back."

Found it by chance, on our way back from Roccaraso. They found us a table, even though it was 3 PM and several tables were already full. Excellent food, from the fried cheese appetizer to the wild boar main course and the tiramisu to finish. Highly recommended!

We're on a stop between Caserta and Pescara. Lunchtime, and we stop here. There was no one in the restaurant. After half an hour, three people arrived. The very kind owner welcomed us and showed us to the veranda. The cuisine was simple but tasty. Perhaps I expected the wild boar entree to have a slightly stronger flavor. It was good, but I would have preferred it to be more robust. I'd go back.

I visited this restaurant a while ago and had a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and mountainous, although a bit noisy when the place is fully booked. We made a reservation because in high season or on weekends, it's otherwise impossible to find a table. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was prompt. I tried a truly exceptional first course: pasta with artichoke cream, crispy speck, and shaved provolone del Monaco.
The prices are in the medium-high range.

Quiet restaurant, EXCELLENT food, fresh ingredients. The entrees are generously portioned, not skimpy. If there are children at the table, they get priority. (This is not a given.) Average price. We'll definitely be back!
