09/08/2025: Very disappointed, to be honest. The service is on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant, everything is perfect in the dining room, and the sommelier is excellent. However, the food, even though the presentation is good, lacks balance of flavors and textures. In addition, the seasoning is seriously lacking.
