The place is pleasant, old-fashioned, but well-maintained. The service is attentive and friendly. The food is good, but the portions are a bit small for the price.

Antica Trattoria da Romano dal 1936

23/04/2026: A trattoria in the Berici Hills, in a dated but overall not bad setting, with a lovely pergola outside where you can relax on summer evenings. I've always eaten here as a guest at weddings, baptisms, and confirmations, so I've had menus chosen by others, but I've always had very good food. Homemade food, well-made and beautifully plated.
18/04/2026: Experience with a dinner organized by a third party. Very nice venue and atmosphere. - Friendly and knowledgeable service; responsive to requests. - Very good food; the first courses, though varied, are heavily truffle-focused. - For the second course, we opted for the fillet tasting, so I won't go into too much detail about the menu. However, what was served to us was nothing to complain about. The spirits section, for those interested, is adequately stocked.

09/05/2026: I ate here with friends. We had spaghetti allo scoglio, rated 10, which was really good. The mussels were peppered and plentiful, and the fried fish was decidedly dry and not greasy. Everything was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the wait time was average. The price was definitely average, offering excellent value for money.
