A simple evening can become enchanting when you find the balance between excellent food, impeccable service and the right environment. The friendliness and elegance with which the dishes are presented verbally and visually introduce the delight of flavors cooked with care and evident passion. We will be particularly impressed by the fish soup, the beef cappellacci with raisins and plums and the pastiera.

Fantastic evening!!! If you are looking for a restaurant where you can eat something different from the usual, Primo is for you. Refined dishes prepared with quality raw materials, sophisticated and very colorful dishes. Gianluca, his wife and all the staff are very friendly and attentive to every need.
If I had to find 3 words to describe Primo: passion, study and dedication.

We stumbled upon it by chance on a Sunday for lunch. High level cuisine, excellent raw materials, innovative and very tasty dishes, so much so that the only flaw would be in the portions, you would definitely eat more. We tasted almost all the first courses, excellent, refined and very well presented. Same for the main courses and the desserts, unfortunately we didn't order the starters, but we'll be back soon. The owner, from Campania, friendly, knowledgeable and sociable, the service kind and precise. The extraordinary chefs.

Very interesting experience in this restaurant in the center of Spotorno. Nice atmosphere, excellent fish dishes and friendly service. The cuisine is refined also with oriental hints, also notable the presentation of the dishes. Right quality/price ratio. I recommend it.
