I have been going to this restaurant for years and every time it is a confirmation. The fish is always very fresh, the dishes offered are original, with an exotic touch, but always balanced and never banal. The presentation is taken care of in the smallest details, elegant and refined. The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is made even more pleasant by the friendliness of the owners, especially Gianluca, who always manages to make you laugh. The bill is absolutely adequate for the quality that is offered. A special place, where I always return with great pleasure.

We spontaneously stopped by the restaurant and sat outside. The food was excellent. There's nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, several times the waitress accepted our drinks but didn't bring them, and we gave up on dessert (no one else came). The chef (I assume) was very attentive and friendly, but he was probably having bad luck with the service, either at the time or on our day. Hence, one star deduction. Nevertheless, we would go back anytime for delicious pasta.

Today I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Primo restaurant and I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best lunches I have ever had in my life. The credit goes above all to Gianluca, who with his kindness, professionalism and great preparation manages to convey all the passion he puts into his work. He manages the restaurant with rare care, both in the selection of raw materials and in the attention to the customer. Every dish he offered us was a specialty: tasty, well presented and prepared with quality ingredients. Gianluca was super helpful, ready to tell us every detail of the menu and to give us the best advice. The quality-price ratio is excellent, absolutely justified by the experience you live. Furthermore, the location is cared for down to the smallest details, welcoming and with a truly pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back!

Good restaurant with refined dishes. The fish soup was rich in different varieties, shame about the sauce, a bit little. "Cheerful" service that does not reflect, in my opinion, the sophistication of the dishes.

The food was excellent, just like last year! The service was charming, humorous, and very attentive! One of the best restaurants in Spotorno. We'd love to come back next year.
