We decided to dine at Primo after passing it a few times during our stay in Spotorno, and it turned out to be a truly perfect choice.
The restaurant has a refined and welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The menu offers well-designed dishes, made with fresh, quality ingredients: you can sense the care taken in the preparation. We ate very well; each course was balanced and tasty.
Another strong point is definitely the service, attentive and friendly without ever being intrusive: the staff manages to convey professionalism and genuine hospitality, making the experience even more enjoyable.

We visited this place several times during our stay in Bergereggi. After our first visit, we fell in love with the flavors and beautifully presented dishes. Everything was very fresh and high quality. Classic Italian cuisine served with a modern twist—wonderful. Gianluca invited us to an annual event at the "Tombola Neapolitana" restaurant, which was a great time and a delicious dinner. We already miss Gianluca, the restaurant's atmosphere, and the delicious food, and we just got back from vacation three days ago. See you next year.

For the second year in a row we adore Primo's innovative cuisine, superb service and excellent atmosphere. Everything is just more than right here: ingredients, preparation, presentation. High-quality ingredients, impeccably presented dishes, prepared and presented like a Michelin-starred restaurant.
Easy-to-consult wine list, presented like a textbook, with labels and wines for all budgets.
Attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely empathetic staff.
Very refined location.
Prices in line with the quality and sophistication of the menu and the culinary offerings. They say in my area, "How much you spend, you pay for it!"
