A family-run hotel with friendly and helpful staff, located in a beautiful location in Zafferana Etnea.

It was my first time...and I will return...I found all the staff kind...the hotel was very clean...the food was good...and the view was wonderful...

In a perfect and strategic location on the slopes of Mount Etna, this hotel defies the laws of gravity, perched on the volcano's slopes. The rooms are simple and a little dated, but equipped with everything you need. The plus is the hospitality of the owners: the two sisters and their father are genuine and kind, patient and generous. Also try the on-site restaurant, the food is authentic and tasty. If we return to the area, we will certainly stay at this hotel again. Plus: private parking in front of the building, secured by a barrier. Everything perfect.

Beautiful hotel right under Etna. Nice and clean rooms. Continental breakfast and very good. All staff nice and pleasant. The hotel has a beautiful view. Good starting point for other trips. Parking in front of the hotel in a large parking lot.

A comfortable hotel, good parking in front of the entrance, clean and tidy, okay rooms, double elevator to reach the upper floors, classic breakfast savory, sweet.

The difference in elevation, the view, the garden rooms are very different and the breakfast was better than the other hotels we stayed in. It is a good place to stay for those who are going to Mount Etna.

Nice and clean hotel very close to the top of the etna. Towel changes every day, unfortunately breakfast was poor, no selection, cold eggs and hard buns.

Interestingly located hotel, on the slope of Etna. Rooms are a bit out of date, they would require a facelift, but clean. Friendly service.

After traveling the whole of Sicily over two weeks, my wife and I finished off our stay in the quiet town of Zafferana Etna near Catania, and easy access to the airport. After the crowds and chaos of Taormina, Cefalu, Ortigia and Palermo, our stay at the Hotel Primavera was wonderfully calm. The location on the eastern slope of Etna gave us an amazing view of the Ionian Sea. The staff was wonderful and attended to our every need, even packing us to-go meals as we missed breakfast because of an early flight! And the hotel restaurant was a gem, with outstanding meals each night we dined. I highly recommend a stay at the Hotel Primavera Dell'Etna. Not only is it easy on the wallet (look for online booking deals!) but the views and food made the stay memorable. Goditi il ​​tuo soggiorno!
