Ristorante Ploner In Aldino

18/08/2025: Lunch before departure after a stay in Trentino, informal atmosphere, option to eat outside with a panoramic view of the mountains. The food was quite good, but for Trentino, I expected more characteristic and local dishes. However, aside from the dumplings, there was very little... we had a platter as an appetizer, and the cured meats were industrial and supermarket-quality... I recommend the sweet ricotta dumplings filled with chocolate, which were really delicious, as were the apple fritters. The rest was good but average.

26/07/2025: I highly recommend the Reiterstube. We arrived at 6 p.m. sharp on Friday when it opened and were greeted with a discreet, friendly welcome. We received prompt and friendly service. I had the Tyrolean burger and a small salad and loved it. The salad was fresh and crisp, and it came with light and dark balsamic vinegar, oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper for you to season yourself. The burger made it into the top 3 on my personal burger list: very, very tasty, great meat, simply good!
