The quality of the products and the kindness of the staff make this place an excellence in the area. There is a wide choice of first and second courses, from meat to fish, as well as typical Calabrian appetizers of cured meats and cheeses.

An exhilarating culinary experience, with an imperial appetizer - as it is called - made up of around ten delicacies of clear local origin. Now almost full, we ordered a strictly Calabrian pizza which confirmed the high quality of the place. The icing on the cake: a bitter silane. I dedicate a note to the distribution of the room, which was certainly not happy, especially for us who were placed in the narrow and narrow entrance corridor.

A place to spend a pleasant evening in company and enjoy good food

Excellent restaurant specializing in meat, excellent dishes also based on porcini mushrooms, I ate really well. Being Roman, eating at SPQR made me very happy. Well done!!

Good food, but the wait is long

I was in this place on a Sunday in September. Good experience. Our table was in the outside room, not exactly convenient as to enter the place you have to cross the street. The food is excellent and served well. The lagoon and chickpeas and the grilled veal steak are very good. Excellent value for money.

Friendly staff, we ate very well despite being a tourist place

Absolutely positive experience. Characteristic location, excellent service, fair waiting times. Taste the delicious meat and aubergine meatballs. But the top was the grilled veal steak, excellent in terms of cooking and flavour, accompanied by the legendary mpacchiuse potatoes with onions. Excellent price/quality ratio. Will come back to try the other dishes!

I haven't had a veal steak like this in a long time!! Perfect cooking, delicious flavor! Accompanying it are the typical mpacchiuse potatoes with onions, a delight for the palate and the eyes! Before tasting the grilled meat, a tasty salad of tomatoes with onion and oregano together with the pitta to dip in its seasoning and the pleasant meat and aubergine meatballs! The service guys were kind and professional, not to mention the prices: absolutely competitive and fair! We will definitely be back!!

We ate very well from the starter to the dessert, everything was delicious, compliments also to the staff who made us feel at home. Definitely worth returning.
