Everything is excellent in the historic place where I go every now and then with pleasure. It is one of my favorite restaurants, right in the center of my beautiful Bologna. The only small flaw is the probable inaccessibility of the toilets (WC) by people in wheelchairs, given that the bathroom is on the first floor after a flight of stairs that are also rather narrow.

Tagliatelle alla bolognese amazing! The location is simple, welcoming and the staff is professional. I was recommended this place and I would go back!

I love this place - great location, atmosphere, delicious food and fantastic, friendly service. I recommend it as a must-see during your stay in Bologna :) ps. the prices are also quite nice

Senza infamia e senza lode. Pizza normale ma scarsa come sapore e cottura. Diciamo sei meno meno.la mia pizza era poco cotta ma strinata cul cornicione. A mio parere è stata cotta a temperatura troppo alta strinandosi fuori e restando indietro sotto il condimento. Un espediente diffuso per fare prima, ma con un mediocre risultato. Buono il servizio. Locale molto grande e un po' rumoroso.

2nd time here & it was even more delicious than the 1st one! i had a special pizza, the Margheritella, and it was stunningly good, the ricotta inside the crust was the cherry on the top. wish it was a bit bigger though! if you love tasty & original pizza this is your spot, right in the center! 🙌

06/04/2025: Small characteristic trattoria, very kind they found us a table even if we hadn't booked! Excellent cappellacci and tagliatelle and even the chocolate dessert was world-class! The wall is covered with phrases and drawings made on placemats by customers, truly unique! Rating 10! Thanks
29/03/2025: As a solo tourist I was treated in a condescending way from the very beginning. The worker of the trattoria told me with not a very happy face (due to me being just one person) that I can stay only if I am going to use the table for not more than 1 hour. And actually during the time I was eating there were more and more free tables, not like I was occupying someone's space...
