My first evening in Milan, I wasn't sure where to go for dinner, and since I didn't know the city, I didn't have a clue. Going to the B&B on a side street, I saw a large sign.
That evening, I went.
The waiters were polite; they might not be smiling, but they did their job well.
The restaurant was beautiful, clean, with lovely decor.
I had a cutlet with fries, a large cutlet. The fries were a generous portion.
The only "odd" thing about the cutlet was that it was chicken. Where I'm from, yes, I ask for a cutlet. It's beef, but it was a nice surprise since I prefer chicken.
The price, a little steep, was almost 30 euros for a cutlet with fries and a water. The portion was large, so perhaps it wasn't that expensive.

I ate here four days in a row, and the food was truly delicious 🤤.
The lasagna, pizza, Caesar salad, and carpaccio were all different from what I'd find in the Netherlands, but that made them so authentic and delicious.
The service was a little less warm than I'm used to in the Netherlands. Only after a few visits did they become more friendly. And I missed the music there.

Ultimately, I give the restaurant a solid 4 stars, mainly because of the excellent quality of the food.

You stumble upon it by chance and discover that there are still Italian trattorias where tradition is still alive, where you can eat well, and without spending a fortune. Congratulations ☺️😋
The place is very nice, and the service is smart and attentive.

A pleasant and nice place for lunch or dinner. The pizzas were fantastic. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Highly recommended for a family lunch.
