I was here a couple of years ago. I'm from Milan, and I happened to be in the Pennabilli area because I was visiting a friend. I tell everyone about this place. I'm very interested in food and have a fairly critical, if not overly critical, palate. It's still the place where I've eaten the best in my life, and I'll definitely be back as soon as possible. I hope to return soon and bring my girlfriend, whom I'm teaching to eat well. One of my absolute favorite places, ❤️

The truffle cuddles were simply delicious, as was the sliced steak with porcini mushrooms, truly splendid. The fried porcini mushrooms from last Thursday, however, were a bit too greasy.
The house Sangiovese was not bad, but it was served a bit too warm... well, room temperature, but in the height of summer, it might be worth keeping the bottles in a wine cellar or chilling them a couple of hours before serving.
Otherwise, nothing to complain about: very friendly service, a wide selection, and reasonable prices.

I returned and was completely satisfied, generous portions, homemade pasta, acceptable service also because there were a lot of people, good grilled meat even sliced, best local quality/price.

modest, clean place and excellent food, very generous portions, with a soup you can eat plenty for two, good meat and porcini mushrooms, honest prices
